Very funny, charismatic, and intelligent man, who genuienly cared about my wellbeing.

I was traveling alone, so I was a bit nervous, but I quickly realized I was in good hands. We traveled a long way, as well, but he didn't complain and did so happily.

Will definitely employ his services again the next time I'm overseas!

I booked a cab from Gatwick to Eastbourne at 23:15, landed and contacted the main office about 23:20, they said would contact the driver, and asked me to wait 2 minutes....after over an hours of waiting, calls unanswered, excuses, asking me to wait for minutes, and what possible was lies about being stuck in traffic...the main office called me at 00:33 to say that the driver wasn't answering to the phone, so the ride was cancelled and will be refunded.....now, after spending the night in the airport and using the train I'm trying to reach them to deal with the refund. Insensible treatment, no transparency, no explanation or updates......don't recommend

My ride was cancelled 20min before pick up time.
Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I was going to the airport and this is inadmissible.

I had a booking with ASSA CARs to go from London to Stansted at 4.30am. The evening before I called ASSA CARs and they said that everything was in order. However, at 2.45 in the morning I was told that the booking was cancelled.

I had a very early pick-up in the middle of the night. Driver came 5 minutes in advance and gave me a phone call to confirm he was waiting for me downstairs. Good travel and good driver too.

We always use Asser Cars for our airport transfers. On this occasion they were brilliant. Our driver went above and beyond taking a risky journey in the snow!!
He was punctual and polite. What more can I say… other than a huge thank you.

First pickup at london was delayed by more than 2 hrs. no fault with driver he was great.
Second trip from cruise in Southampton, driver was 1 hr. late.Then he said he had to stop on the way to our hotel in London to recharge his car and said we could go into the restaurant and get something to eat and he would come and find us when he was done. Then he spent the next few hours constantly talking on the phone in Pakistani and ignored us. Terrible trip/.
Then when we needed a ride to airport, we called your number for 2 days no answer and no return call, so our hotel called us a taxi. Hotel even tried calling numerous times.
Would not recommend this company- very unreliable.

Do not use this company! Our booking was made on line and paid for using PayPal we received a confirmation email from ASSA and also we checked that payment had gone through, no car arrived for our ride to the airport leaving us stranded and therefore missing the flight as it was too late to get other transport from our location. ASSA when contacted just lied, first they claimed they had a different time for the booking, then they changed the story and claimed there was no booking, when I gave them a booking reference then they claimed that it was Paypals fault they had not received payment when we could clearly see that PayPal had paid them. Don’t risk missing your flight, don’t use ASSA! Currently claiming through PayPal to get our refund. Disgusting people!

Booking was easy, communication was top notch and timing was impeccable.

I find this company reliable any time. Since 4 year travelling from stansted to Bedford I got best rate and top class service. Mr Aftab and all his crew are great people!!!
