Customer service is rock bottom. Be prepared to wait an hour before it offers a call back option when calling for tech support. Why didn't you offer that in the beginning? Because you want people to give up and just live with your faulty products. Our hotel bought 200 locks and we are treated like garbage. Stay far away from this company for your business needs.

All over a fantastic service
All over a fantastic service. Got in contact with Assa Abloy after some issue with copying keys. And must admit I have never got so good service from a company. Even that the problem was located in Spain they handle the first contact in Sweden and manged to fix everything and all issues were solved with huge satification on my part.

Good design, good initiatives
The website is nice and sleek, making navigation of the webpages easy and quick. There's good access to direct customer support if it is required. This customer support can also be contacted if you'd have any questions about their product ranges. Keep in mind that this website does not directly sell their products, it is more of an info page for their general initiatives and indications where the company is headed. Their products, if bought in smaller amounts, can be found at other 3rd party stores. However I am not sure if the contacts listed on the website are ones you are supposed to contact if you are planning on buying bulk.
