Had a completely different experiance than all the other reviews on here, Bought a tool box with tools was updated on estimated shipping date arrived pretty promtly sure it less than 7 working days after purchance absolutly spot on expected it to take longer as im NE Scotland work van now looking sick with a new big box full of new tools

Purchased 4 tonne trolley jack with set of 6 tonne axle stands. All seemed well for a couple of weeks, however the trolley jack failed to complete lift after 9” of lift of a Vw golf. I was pumping an no lift. Let jack down put back in, repositioning and repacked. It did exactly the same thing removed went back to old jack. Next day ford kuga , same 9” no lifting. Kept pumping nothing, full stokes still no lift. Sent back as faulty unit. Company does not accept item as faulty but did offer new components to replace. Refused as a health and safety issue!!!
Company have deducted 30% of refund as not acknowledging faulty item
If company willing to send out new component they are obviously admitting liability of unit being faulty. Took two and half days to get item collected but actually ended up me dropping off item at DHL.
Be cautious as you only get one life !

Like many others I've been chasing the goods for 2 weeks. They don't answer the phone or respond to e-mails. I've contacted my credit card for a refund. Do not order from these people you are wasting your time and money.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Awful and non-existance customer service and having hassle getting money back from this company. I have emailed, phoned and messaged customer chat for weeks now no reply on either, Wish i looked at the reviews before ordering as the 2 bad reviews are very much true. Avoid using these at all cost. Absoulte nightmare.

I'm not sure why the last two reviewers had a problem because ASP Trade have done a really good job for me. They delivered my tool chest on time and kept me informed of when it was arriving so all good!

Like the last reviewer, I ordered my item - payment was taken - no confirmation e-mail received - I then wasted many hours over 4 days trying to get in touch with them. They don't answer their own website 'chat' - they don't answer the phone nor respond to e-mails. After making 10+ calls they answered the phone on the 4th day after ordering only to tell me the item wasn't in stock and I would get a refund by the end of that day. 48 hours later I'm still chasing my refund (which has now been received). Can't work our whether they are just incompetent or lacking any idea of what customer service looks like. Shame I let them waste so many hours of my time. I won't be back!

I ordered a lawnmower on their website. The order was confirmed immediately and the money was taken from my account. However, no confirmation email came despite days of waiting. I tried ringing their shop phone number, no answer. I tried emailing them, no response. I tried using their online chat that basically always responds with an automatic "we're busy right now, tell us your email address and we'll get back to you". Used it twice, they never got back to me. On further digging through my credit card statements it turns out they'd issued a refund, but again, absolutely no communication, email or otherwise to say what had happened. I can only assume that the item was actually out of stock all along despite what their website said. I wonder if the fact that they sell to tradespeople means they don't care much about individual consumer orders and therefore offer absolute zero service.
