Worst Customer experience ever!

I would highly recommend you don't use these guys! I don't normally write negative reviews but, this one deserves it! Basically, I ordered a tracksuit from here and they emailed me saying they lost it, and they gave me the option of a new one or a refund, I initially asked for a new one but due to the fact they took ages to respond I asked for a refund and they never responded after that. The customer service is awful! I am not the only one this has happened to, search these guys up on Facebook and look at the comments there others like me. If I could give them a 0/5 I would!!!
