Terrible to no suction and the little it has been able to remove from the floor (and not been hand-fed) comes back out as soon as you turn it off.
Customer service is non-existent. It's a robotic repetitive response, with the same reply to every email without a human addressing the issues.
Save your money and frustration and don't buy this product.

Received the vacuum but very disappointed with the lack of suction even on higher setting. Trying to get return details but appear to be hitting a brick wall. Feels like they are trying to delay until the 14 days are up and we are unable to obtain any refund.

Please please please Do not buy the product. Poor suction and worse service.i purchased the hoover and received it 14 days later.
I returned the hoover because it was worse than the cheaper hoover I had. Now requesting refund but same message received. Do not buy. Save money to buy better quality product. £179 refund not received for returned Hoover. Please save heartache for worst service.

I paid for this vac cleaner in June 2023 and have still NOT received it despite numerous emails requesting delivery and of course NO refund .

Have written a previous review regarding this SCAM company. Have gone back to my credit card company and still awaiting outcome. I have also reported this company to Action Fraud 0300 123 2040. The telephone number and name of this company is Shalomar Cyprus The telephone number is Chinese and it comes back that it is not recognised.
This company Sharlomar trades under many other companies and all come back to Cyprus and China.

This is a poor product. It looks and feels cheaply made but worse than that it leaves more mess than it picks up. When switched off the head does not hold the bits picked it by the weak suction, it simply drops them back on the floor. Having read other reviews I fear it will be impossible to get redress.

For people struggling to get their money back for this product please file a dispute with your bank . A Leicester returns address then materialises .

I really like this bit of kit. I was looking for a light (in weight) vacuum and this is certainly light! I also wanted one that plugs in as I’m fed up with rechargeable batteries that run out all-too fast. The suction is amazing and it does a great job but it is almost impossible to push forward on a carpet - it’s brilliant on hard floors though. So I find I have to sort of stroke the carpet with the machine (lift it and pull it back towards me then lift it again and keep repeating that action) or I have to bend down and put more pressure on the wheels to roll it forward. I stress that this is only on carpet. Still, for such a good price I’m very happy.

i have bought it, received it 2 days ago and sent to them probably more than 10 messages asking for an address to send it ( seems customers have 14 days to send the hoover back ) but as of now they are simply not respond to me, i doubt i will be able to get an address to send it back and have my money back

My partner and I bought this hoover after reading reviews and watching on youtube. I am absolutely disappointed the hoover after a month stopped working. The brush does not work the light comes and off. The support services are not helpful, they want pictures of the hoover by email but then they do not respond anymore. Once I was offered 20% discount now that is not available anymore, every-time you speak to some one they do not know where you left off previously.

Im disappointed with the trust pilot review generation for this product. The company misleads people in purchasing this hoover. I will highly recommend people to avoid this and do not trust any positive review for this product. It is not an Italian brand thats a lie. And it is no way better or actually uses the same parts as Dyson like it boasts. AVOID AVOID AVOID. DO NOT PURCHASE

Bought a aspirato vacuum after reading a tech reviewer who rated it number 1 over Dyson, shark etc. it arrived and it really isn’t powerful at all. I paid £179 which isn’t cheap but thought it would do a job. 5 weeks later after literally using it a handful of times it doesn’t pick up. Contacted Aspirato support who said I would have to pay the return postage and customs fee and even then it probably wouldn’t get delivered back to them. If it did and they couldn’t sell it on I would not be refunded my money. They offered me 10% refund and said I could keep the vacuum. Told them the vacuum doesn’t work and I want a full refund. I am now going to try and get my money back through a section 75 claim. The company are based in China. They shouldn’t sell their substandard product outside of China because they make it impossible to return it should things go wrong. Please avoid, £179 is a lot of money to lose.

The vacuum does not pick up well. The parts on the vacume are hard to deal with.i had mine one week and it stopped working. It will not charge the battery.never had one built so bad.have asked for refund but they are trying to fob me off.i don't want to keep it.they say you have to pay for return now.back to them with extra charges for handling.its a disgrace.im going to trading standads

I agree with the other reviews that this is a scam website and I was convinced to buy it after reading the Top guidance website which seems a total scam too. It is not made in Denmark, and the product is obviously a cheap and nasty imitation. After asking to return it I am getting emails trying to persuade me to keep it in poor english. I will also have to pay the return postage. Still not got an address to send it back to

Got good suction however lower 1 star because the top part is blowing out air so sometimes when you get to close with handheld to vacuuming something it does get blown into another direction before you can vacuum it. You have to be quick to vacuum the spot if you using the handheld mode

This vacuum frees me from being tethered to cords and I can clean anywhere, including in the car. No longer need to find a power socket, it has become an "artifact" in the home.

Would you buy a 200£ vacuum cleaner that has multiple grammar mistakes on their official UK website? What about the fact that some websites say they're made in Sweden, some say UK, but every single item has a made in China label!

Even worse, this absolute brick of a vacuum cleaner barely picks up anything and the electrical safety is not British standard, so this thing could blow up at any moment (as stated in other reviews).

If anyone reading is considering buying this expensive bundle of atoms, just please, don't.

Total scam company!!! The minute I ordered it based on a fake review I realised something was totally off!! Advertised as a Danish company, Uk based but based in China. Incredibly poor customer service and impossible to cancel booking even within minutes of booking!! Immediately called credit card company to report as fraudulent and to cancel my card and get my money back!! Do not touch with a barge pole you will regret it!! Rubbish product, fake marketing and a total scam

I especially love the variety of brush heads that come with this vacuum, which allow me to thoroughly clean couch crevices, corners, and other hard-to-reach places. Both adults and children can easily use this vacuum cleaner, which is really convenient.

All in all, this vacuum cleaner perfectly meets my home cleaning needs and makes my small home tidier and fresher. If you are also looking for a vacuum cleaner suitable for a small family, I highly recommend this one!

Absolutely dreadful…. Barely picks up anything…. So disappointing… thought I was ordering a European vacuum but guess what…? Yes, came all the way from China.
Return at own cost ….. I won’t give them a penny more
