refund not made after 6 months

I purchased some items on the Aspesi website.
I had to return two of them. First, the return label was incorrect (rejected by DHL), and I had to request a new one.
Moreover, after the company confirmed receipt of the goods, six months after purchase and numerous recalls from my part, no refund has been issued. I intend to take legal action against the company because I consider it a scam. I was a regular customer of Aspesi but I don't intend to buy anything from this company anymore.

Paid £297, refunded £235.

I paid £297 for a jacket, was disappointed with the quality so returned it and received a refund of £235. £30 in shipping and £32 in customs fees.

When the box arrived it was crumpled up, probably because the jacket was so light and insubstantial there was nothing bulking it out.

They do not respond to emails so the only way to arrange a return is to get lucky and be online when someone is available to chat. It took days for them to send me the five copies (!) of customs invoices I had to print out.

I received no email confirmation that they had received the return or any details of the refund, so the only way to understand the money difference was again to go on chat.

Happy to hold my hand up and say I should have read the T&C from top to bottom, but really this should be clearly stated somewhere on the website and checkout, and the lack of communication is very poor. Luxury brands do not offer a luxury consumer experience.

Got a hoodie. They send me it with security tag that not common in the Netherlands. Got only by brutal force. Of course with a hole in the fabric. How on earth is it possible?!

Poor quality sewing and poor customer service

I encountered Aspesi a few months ago. Really liked the stylish designs and fabrics, and bought a few items.

Now I have just washed the first item, a dress (I wash before I wear a new item). Upon hanging it to dry I notice that the dress is torn at the bottom slit.

This item was purchased a Zalando, and there they quickly offered a return. However, I loved the dress, and could not find it in my size any where else.

So I contacted Aspesi directly, hoping they could tell me where I could find it in my size. I also asked if this was a standard quality of their items.

They answered, without any apology for the poor quality or for my experience, that they could not help me. I should just return the item to Zalando, and I could buy another (in the wrong sizes) from their website.

It was apparant that they have not read and understood my message, perhaps they don´t understand English so well.

I am stuck with the other two items that I bought, but am worried what will happen to them when I wash tem for the first time.

Not at all the product quality or service you would expect from brand with this price level.

Not worth the money

After purchasing two garments, it's clear that Aspesi is not worth the money. The design is nice but the quality isn't there, the manufacturing is really poor to cut costs. Costumer service is polite but uneffective, and the company does not stand behind its products

Bad clothing and service.

Worst service ever. The first item I bought was not done well, so needed to pay for someone to fix it. After many emails I got a voucher for my next purchase. The next item I bought with the voucher was too small so needed to send it back and buy again. But they however, pro-longed for almost 2 weeks to the send the voucher to me again until they had raised the prices on the item. Will never buy anything from Aspesi again, very bad sewing and service.

On the checkout page

On the checkout page, there is a timing ticking message; Estimated delivery date: xx/xx/21 If ordered within xx hour(s) xx minute(s) But it does not  mean anything!!!  I ordered it for a birthday present but it did not deliver in time as promised.

This is simply a lie message to rush you to buy their products. If I have known, I would prefer to pay a bit extra for an express delivery service. When I contacted them, there was no honest explanation, put a  global health emergency as an excuse, but come on. It was not just happened. It has been over a year now, and the company can plan the logistics accordingly.

I had to run to any shops to buy a new product. And during this lockdown period which there are a few shops opened, it was such a terrible shopping experience.  

The point is, the company cannot keep the promise as written. And the customer service does not show any responsibility either. Other companies would have refund me the express delivery service for this case.

I am absolutely shocked with such bad…

I am absolutely shocked with such bad customer service. I have ordered a coat which, for some obscure reason, they were not sending. I called them and the woman on the other end literally lied to me, saying "it is going to be sent today", which was not. Then I had to push them on their SoMe channels so they could at least answer my questions. No apologies, no excuses. Awful, awful service. My first Aspesi piece and definitely the last one. Avoid if you can Aspesi website.

Appalling Service

Appalling Service
I ordered a jacket in november (two months ago) and it has still not arrived. The item is now on sale and they are not refunding me. The helpdesk only answers with evasive e-mails claiming they don't know what happened to the package (this has been going on for more than a month). Without any real answer or real help, this is by far the worst customer service and online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Would not recommend.
