Initially got Evan but he claimed his station was slow. Passed over to Jonathan. What a guy, he was rhyming to start with. Impressed with his vocabulary and a wealth of biology knowledge. I tried to share some knowledge back his way and he was appreciative. At one point I forgot what I was even on live chat for, but like the model employee he is, he brought it back to business and reminded me I was not eligible for the bonus. God loves a trier though and boy did I try and get those bonus spins. But Jonathan knows where his allegiances lie and it wasnt with me. The lad deserves a promotion, possibly to something to do with Biology if there is such a department in a customer services business. Possibly on the lobotomy floor? I dunno!? Appauling Withdrawals Process. It can literally take weeks to get your money. I was a VIP and they used to just sit on your money until you threatened them. Then they would take 4 days to Process and another 5 days to pay you. I left them and recently rejoined and guess what. Made a withdrawal over 6 days ago and still no sight of any money, had to send 4 threatening emails and about 2 hours on the phone. Shocking Customer Service and misleading info everywhere. Don't bother playing the "free stuff" either. I got a $10 offer, made about $2,500 from it or just over and guess what, more clauses clawing back to a maximum of $100. Worst Casino online anywhere and good luck trying to get your money out.

site seems good,live chat very good,but withdrawal times are shocking.im fully verified yet withdrawals i made on the 22nd are still showing as reversible.was told id reversed the whole amount of 9x£100 and 2x £50 on the 22nd which i didnt,the history shows this.i have reversed some since then but not gone below £600 in the withdrawals.told friday 24th not to worry it will be processed monday 27th.still nothing been processed and its still got to go to be checked (another 24hours) and then 3-5 days to reach debit card.that could be 11 days for a withdrawal,which really tempers my enthusiasm despite the excellent live chat. I'm new to aspers casino and the site…
I'm new to aspers casino and the site offers many different games that are enjoyable to play.
When trying to verify my account I could not use the site to upload my documents as the images was to big so I had to do it via email, I did think it may take a few days for replays etc but it was done within a few hours and my account was verified quickly.
I also had some questions to do with withdraw amounts and time frames etc. Aspers takes a little long using paypal compared to some sites where it's in your account the next day but it's still a good time frame for the withdraw process off being about 2/3days via paypal.
Laura the agent I spoke to was very pleasant and respectful and made me feel like I was a customer rather then a punter something alot off other sites and agents could learn from. Not only was Laura mind full and respectful she also was straight to the point no walking around a Bush for ever to answer a question she responded swiftly and politely. My overall experience with aspers has been good from enjoying the games to the customer service provided so far I have to give aspers 5 stars as they have been very fast in responding not only in chat but also emails
