Absolutely awful customer service and cancellation policy
Absolutely awful customer service and cancellation policy. I placed an order that I needed within 5 days but accidentally forgot to upgrade the shipping, so I placed an identical order for 2 day shipping ($35 extra by the way). I IMMEDIATELY emailed customer service to try and cancel the first order, and someone did a runaround with me all day, telling me they couldn’t locate my order with the exact order number. Finally after an entire day of emailing back and forth, I get an email that “per their policy,” they do not offer cancellations after ordering because someone begins the printing process immediately (yeah right.) The solution offered was to return the order once it arrived (and I pay return shipping, of course.) Absolutely trash policy from a trashy, greedy company. There is no reason someone shouldn’t be able to cancel an order that was made in error. Do NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS GREEDY COMPANY.

The company uses false marketing, defining their paper as high quality and high definition. Upon receipt of the product, each print was fuzzy. The company confirmed this was the expected design.
Edit: The company did come back and acknowledge after further review that there did seem to be an issue with the printing and offered a refund or replacement.
I placed an order for wrapping paper…
I placed an order for wrapping paper with Aspen and Arlo on January 20 and was charged immediately to my American Express. After a week passed with no shipping confirmation or order update, I reached out to inquire about the status.
The initial response I received was unexpectedly rude. When I followed up, I was told the message had been sent by an AI bot, and an apology was offered. While I appreciated the explanation, the underlying issue remained unresolved.
Now, we are over the one week mark after placing the order, there has still been no shipping update, no tracking information, and no proactive communication. When I contacted the company again and forwarded my order receipt, I was informed that they have no record of my order, despite having charged my card at the time of purchase.
This experience has been disappointing and concerning. Promptly charging customers while having no record of the order, combined with inconsistent communication and delayed follow-up, reflects a lack of reliability and customer care. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

This company is horrible to deal with and I should've heeded all of the poor reviews. I ordered some paper and after checkout it offered a "gift" roll as a thank you and then charged me for it as an additional charge. I tried to cancel and they would not let me even though I contacted them immediately. I started a case with Paypal to dispute the transaction that I did not authorize and because of that, Aspen and Arlo would not let me initiate a return.

They said it’s against company policy. But I could return it at my expense.
Now I’m stuck with a roll I don’t need, and I refuse to spend more money. It’s already expensive paper.

Unauthorized order and charged my credit card a second time
I placed an order and then got another email 2 hours later that they added another order to my account and charged my credit card a second time. I was nowhere near my phone when this second order was placed. Now need to waste time to file a dispute with my credit card, because they are not responding.
Disappointed - buyer beware
Roll was received in a delivery box left in the rain next to my garbage can. The contents had wrapping paper rolls that were unevenly rolled and pushed in on the edges thus there would have been a wrinkled look on the edge of the paper. Highly dissatisfied given the cost of this paper. I also have not had expedited help in returning these rolls, for which I asked on the same day of delivery for instructions on return. I provided pictures and asked again for return instructions. The most recent email states they did not see the uneven rolls, which was obvious, along with the ends being bent . They state they will give me return instructions tomorrow, yet it should have been done in today's email. There is a return deadline, so I contacted my credit card company to make them aware of my experience. I get the impression they do not want to refund the money and are trying to run out of time to allow me to return these rolls.

Looking to up your gift giving? Very nice paper (and no, it’s not cheap - that’s the point) This paper is actually part of the gift. I was hesitant to order due to the reviews here. My shipment was completed 2 days after ordering. My package was given a FedEx tracking number & arrived at the estimated time. The packaging was nicely done & the paper arrived in perfect condition. Nice quality paper. This is not cheap big-box paper. It is heavier & intended for a better presentation.

The paper designs are pretty but way overpriced for a such a small roll of paper. I feel like The patterns look much larger online then I received as well.

I placed an order for 8 rolls of wrapping paper. When I received my order, it contained 2 rolls and the shipping order named a different person. The order numbers were similar. I hate it there is no phone contact to call them. I spent over $120 and still waiting to get my wrapping paper. If I don’t hear from them, I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Disappointed they didn’t send it out the very day I addressed it to them. The paper is not cheap to have crappy customer service.
Overpriced, poor quality.
I ordered a roll of paper for my friends baby shower. The quality is not good - the printing is blurry and I could have bought something much nicer for $33 for a tiny roll. Overpriced, poor quality. They also put a sticker on it that ruined the beginning of the already tiny roll. Not worth it.
