Only one star as cannot have none! Ordered on the 30th November over £60 of slime for my daughter for Xmas. Should have arrived by 20th Dec latest. Tracked the order, said shipment cancelled on the 18th Dec despite saying despatched on the 9th Dec and no further communication. Sent a couple of emails asking for refund, no response. Yet on here they seem to be able to respond to bad reviews hmmm! Ordered from this company as I thought a uk supplier with a Devon address! Such a scam!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have contacted my bank disputing this transaction.
Absolutely disgusting customer service and they know it, as they have blocked any way of leaving them feedback! I had to re order these goods from an alternative supplier which came in time for Christmas.
Not accepting other bad reviews blaming the post office etc, everyone who orders with you enters into the contract with you, you are responsible for contacting the carriers and following the sale from beginning to end.

I Placed an order on November 26th I have still not received it. The website says delivery within 10-20 days so it should have been delivered before Christmas when I ordered it. I’m extremely upset that I have not received the 3 items I ordered!!! And today is now Christmas Day...... and they were gifts for my daughter. I have emailed them 3x and received no response. Shipping has no updated information. My money was taken however I have no items or any information about my items. I can only assume I have been scammed!!

Made an order of over £100 on 29 November for Xmas items.
Received 2 items and the rest has not even been shipped, have requested a refund but nothing.

So I ordered my slime as a Christmas gift in what should have been in plenty of time on 26th Nov. I am in shock that it hasn't arrived. I have ordered many other items fron the UK & China since then all of which have arrived without issue before Christmas Eve. I don't believe for one minute it's down to Royal Mail. If they had been shipped in a timely manner there would have been no issues. I will be requesting a refund and will seek help through Google Pay if this is not given. Very disappointed.

Placed a order with them for over £100, on the 17th October, still not received order I have requested a refund but no answer from them.. tracking is saying on the 16th December it was In gb postal sorting office hasn’t moved since, that’s my daughters Xmas ruined thought they were I’m based

I ordered on 5 December and still no delivery.Its Christmas Eve tomorrow and looks as if my daughter won't be having her slime Very poor reply to my email which they just said the slime was in transit.YES I KNOW THAT!Asked for a refund and they haven't replied.I thought this was a UK company which it isn't apparently.Do not buy from them. What an absolute joke.
I only ordered from this company as I was under the impression it was a uk based company, I mean most people assume this as the website does end in .co.uk
It’s not a uk business.
Confirmations come from an American number.
Shipping is from China.

They do however have a uk address, I am under the impression that this is where returns go to.

I received the wrong item. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a week now to get some resolution to the situation as it’s past the 30 day return and ultimately it is the company’s fault for sending the wrong item.
I have sent numerous emails and messages on another platform to be ignored.
It claims the business is open 9am to 9pm, surely if this is the case emails can be dealt with.

Stop burying your head in the sand. Deal with your emails, make your customers happy, and last but not least be HONEST, you aren’t a uk company so why pretend to be so.

Awful! Ordered slime at the end of November it hasn’t arrived and the tracking is now saying order cancelled! I contacted them via email and was reassured it was on its way. Despite the company address as being Devon on their website my tracking was saying China. I’ve now requested a refund as this order is clearly not coming and they are now ignoring me! Do not use!!!

Asmr Geek is absolutely terrible. After 30 days waiting, today I have received something different to what I have ordered. Worst still the item received is of poor quality and not worth the value paid, it’s a complete con. Please please do not use this site.

Item should be arrived a week ago. I know thats not a sellers problem but ordering is based on days delivered while purchasing a product

Exstreamly disappointed, wish I had read these comments before ordering. I placed my order with Asmr Geek on the 30th Nov 2020 expecting to be here for Christmas like the website said, as their for my kids from Father Christmas as that's what they have asked him to bring. I'm now going to have very upset children on Christmas day as they won't have them from Father Christmas as I still haven't received them. My tracking order when clicked on hasn't updated for days just says it's on its way but doesn't say where it is or how much longer it's going to be. Very disappointed considering how expensive the slime is.

If I could give them 0 I would.

The slime quality is awful, cheap and not worth the cost I also had issues with the delivery time as it had to be resent, the most expensive item was missing as well.

I will be requesting a refund but from the sounds of it that might be never.

Thankfully is wasn't supposed to be a Christmas present just some fun extras.

Pros:
-The package itself was very decently wrapped and each slime had bubble wrap around it to keep it safe which is good.
-The slime itself is decent, it’s a good texture and enjoyable to play with.

Cons:
-So I ordered 2 slimes from ASMR Geek on the 16th of November 2020 and it was delivered on the 22nd December 2020. This means it took around 36 days to arrive from ordering to being delivered which is a lot longer than the 10-20 days they say.
-The slime itself doesn’t look like it does in the picture on the website and doesn’t look like it’s worth what I paid.
-They are supposed to be scented but they only very slightly smell kind of sweet.
-It is also 100% not a UK company despite the .co.uk website which is a little misleading and the contact number that texts about the delivery updates is an American contact number.

Overall I personally wouldn’t order from them again as think the prices are a lot higher than the quality of the product received and takes a long time to be delivered but I definitely think my experience with them wasn’t as bad as some of the reviews on here!

Omg! This company is such a hoax! I ordered slime at beginning of November, the address on the website state Devon, UK. It’s taken one and a half month for the products to arrive and they are below standard, they have come in awful packaging not like they have on website. Absolutely awful experience, not worth your hard earned money!

Can’t even rate them as I have not even received all of my goods. Slime shipment says cancelled sent over 30 emails to them asking for my money back no response. Absolutely disgraceful my daughter asked for them for Christmas well that isn’t happening as said they would be here 17th December and now says shipment cancelled. If I knew that they were getting them from Ali express I would have never ordered. Spent £45 for nothing and have nothing to show for it!!! Don’t order from them I guess judging by other reviews it’s will either be rubbish or like us will just not arrive!

.Arrived today ,absolutely appalled by what i received looks like 2 pots of cheap slime you can buy from the poundshop. What a total rip off. On the website they look lovely with charms for the top and bigger pots
Nope nothing just 2 tiny cheap pots. Disgraceful. Do not order from them you will be disappointed.. where are the charms that shows on the illustrations. Nope nothing. Its rubbish. And to charge what they do is disgraceful for this rubbish.

Please get here! I have tried to order £30-£40 of slime and still nothing! I ordered on December 5th and nothing. Please come for Christmas! Looking at the reviews it looks awful! Please come in good quality!

I ordered a present in November 24 I haven’t gotten an email or a tracking number and I’ve reached out through Facebook and email. Crickets! You sure did take my money fast though. Don’t order from this company!!

This site is a scam! I ordered Oreo slime the first week of November, my order was being processed then updated to just “cancelled” I have tried emailing and contacting via Instagram they do not respond. They have turned off the comments on insta because they know people are commenting about being scammed! VILE PEOPLE

Firstly, I ordered this over a month ago, the decent thing to do would be to respond to emails updating me. I am fully aware it is a difficult time and if you cannot keep up with orders then just refund my money please.

Secondly, If you are not scamming people then just simply refund us.

Lastly, your replies back to people on these reviews are absolutely shocking. Learn some customer service. I will continue to post about this company and make people fully aware that it is a scam!

REFUND MY MONEY ASAP!

Took forever to come. Thankfully it wasn't a gift for someone. I had tried to email the company to ask what was taking so long (was it due to COVID that there was a delay etc) but had no response at all. When it arrived it was poor quality and nothing like advertised. The slime tears anytime you pull it as well as bead fallout everywhere and a strange chemical smell as opposed to the lemon scent I had ordered. Avoid.
