Love Trim's budgeting tools. Eye opening, seeing where I spend money. Had doubts as to how the bill negotiation would go, so I tried one... $597 saved over next 12mos and somehow I ended up with a BETTER internet package. Not doubting anymore.

What started out a little confusing turned out great. Trim helped me get a lower price on my bill plus I saved money by bundling.

Internet bill cut by $35.
Trim was able to get my Spectrum bill reduced by $35 a month. Now it is back to what I was paying a few years ago. Still not worth it, but unfortunately there are no better options for internet in my area. Thank you Trim for saving me a few dollars.

She was amazing! Well-worded well-spoken had a calm demeanor, was reassuring, obviously knew what she was talking about and fought for us. She wasn't going to let the representative take advantage of us and in the end we got exactly what we were looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
