If I could give them 0 stars I would

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Sub-par medical advice, requires multiple follow ups to get a script to your pharmacy, cancelled my appt last minute when I was having an asthma attack and needed to see someone and did NOTHING to try to fix the problem.

Finally the cake on top: I cancelled my membership and they have continued to charge me for 6 months

Do not use this service

Do not use this service
Avoid this service unless you’re ready to battle over billing.

Tia represented themselves as in-network but after months of minimal response from the billing department and fighting multiple billing error errors, I was told that there had been an error and I was not in fact in network and was on the hook for thousands of dollars worth of charges.

The care was fine, but the billing department is a black hole. Representation of coverage is sketchy at best. Communication is nonexistent, transparency is lacking, and the burden falls entirely on the patient.

For a company claiming to improve women’s healthcare, they’ve made it more confusing, more frustrating, and far more expensive.

Please avoid!!!!

Please avoid!!!!! The monthly/yearly subscription cost is not worth what you would get at any other primary care or OBGYN office and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 2 weeks and they are not reachable by email/messaging portal/phone - making it intentionally impossible to get out of a $20/month membership fee for what should be an annual visit. I would say their customer service is awful, but it’s actually just non-existent.

People centered care <3

I got a colposcopy at the Tia West Hollywood location and couldn't have had a better experience. It was my first experience with this procedure, but I felt taken care of every step of the way. It is rare to feel this in doctors office. I enjoy the NPs and CNMs, as I don't have as personal of an experience with MDs generally (but they have them if you prefer that)

Cancelled Appt

I showed up to an appointment that was cancelled and was given NO prior communication around it. This is unacceptable in any business but even more heinous when dealing with people's health and livelihood. For a membership based service this is unacceptable. I am severely disappointed and wondering what I'm paying a membership fee for if I am not even given the courtesy I would get from a non-membership based practice.I received no apology and instead they asked if they could talk to me more to improve. Using patients as guinea pigs for your own self improvement is beyond awful. Truly horrific, classic healthcare disguised in pink.

Helllll NO. A midwife is who you see???

I really wanted to like this place, but that is not the case. From check in, i noticed for my annual exam what is covered and what is not. You are not bringing in new health problems and certain blood work is a no. I said that is ridiculous, when you go to get blood work a full panel is done. They said oh same insurance don't cover it which is why we state that. I said an anual exam should cover everything. I continued on but that made me upset until I was talking in the room and I just had a feeling I was going to be upset with who I was seeing. Sure enough, i asked who would be seeing me and they named a midwife. HUH?????? NO NO NO. I said she cant even prescribe medication.. wtf. They said oh she will consult someone else who can.. what is the point of that???? You are charging my insurance for a doc visit and a midwife is who is there? I cancelled and walked out. WILL NEVER USE.
