This is a complete scam!! they took double the payment for a phone consultation and I still haven't received a call back or my money back! Not after several attempts from this so called Dr. Dago. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DESPERATE PEOPLE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AWAY

Crooks. Just read all the not fake comments below. I am on the phone with the bank. I already cancelled the card, but the next day there is a new charge. How is this even possible? No one at the bank seems to know. Please call your bank and tell them not to process money from this scam business.

Do not give you credit card information. The website said cost as little as $2 , I got charged $2 and $70, my hubby called me, he is banker said they usually charge next month I went to the website, found $70 was automatically monthly subscription. I immediately went to online banking put my credit card on hold . Will contact bank try to get my money back .

Stay away. I purchased a t-shirt that was discontinued and Ask The Doctor stated they would be issuing a refund. Two months laters and no refund. Two attempts via email and no response. Do not trust this company.

I don't trust their service, and I have a friend who also has a bad experience here. do your own search If I were you.

Ask the doctor, well where do I start, I called askthedoctor.com as I urgently needed to know why scrotum was hurting me, he arrived at 3am drunk, ran around my backyard naked and caused a right scene I phoned the police as he was insisting he was allowed to stay the night, after the police got hold of him they took him down hard and tugged him off my lawn, he looked rather amused with the outcome. Well I won't be calling again, unless I need to tug a doctor off my lawn....

Unprofessional, one of the founders has a criminal record involving adolescents and pornography(of his patients mind you), tried to cause people to sell their cryptocurrency(Thought they were doctors not investors?), ran a scam giveaway (I was one of the winners) where no one got their prize, and finally... they are childish, having an online argument much like the phone call scammers do when you call them out.

Fraud- scammed the ShibArmy by illegally buying a verified account and promoted themselves as a supporter and stole money from them… “sold” t-shirt and other items and did not deliver them

Shady. Scammy. Spammy. I would not recommend this "company" to anyone.

This is a scam, once you register they take money from your account without your permission and you can't find customer service to complain do not give your account details

I just got $66 taken from my account under Ask a Doctor. Haven't signed any membership.

Complete and utter scam stay away or you will be charged and they claim you had a membership for seven days and didn’t cancel. Question was asked 3 days ago. RIPOFF people that are stealing your money

I asked a so-called expert about a recent Angiogram expecting it to be free. It cost me @£5.80. They debited my credit card before they answered via their chat line. I asked a further question and then they said it would cost £38.00 to telephone me, I did not pursue it although they kept bombarding me with follow-up emails. I deleted all their follow-up emails and their APP. Even though I did not have ANY CONVERSATION with them they have just debited my Barclaycard £38.00. I DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS PAYMENT. HOPPING MAD. I’m querying this with my credit card company. This is SERIOUS FRAUD. I thought it was a free NHS Service but clearly it isn’t.

MY RATING WOULD BE ZERO, IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME FOR MONTHS, AFTER JUST 1 CALL. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS.

This should be illegal. Taking money without my consent and making it really hard to cancel account.
