Does not seem legitimate

I had a concerning experience with this company’s hiring process. They advertise roles and invite candidates to complete an AI-led interview based on their experience, but the overall process felt unusual.

For context, I’ve worked with a range of established expert networks, so I’m familiar with how legitimate screening and matching processes typically operate. This experience did not feel aligned with those standards.

During the interview, I engaged in a detailed back-and-forth with an AI system that asked questions closely aligned to my expertise. After completing it, I was informed that I was not successful. While that outcome is of course normal in any hiring process, the experience itself raised some questions.

In particular, it felt less like a traditional evaluation for a specific role and more like a structured interaction designed to gather knowledge or responses. I can’t say this with certainty, but it gave me the impression that the process may be used, at least in part, to train or improve their AI through human interaction.

I would encourage the company to be more transparent about how candidate responses are used and whether the roles advertised reflect active hiring needs.

I also requested that my data be deleted and not used further, but I have since received additional emails inviting me to continue engaging with their AI system, which was unexpected.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to approach with caution.ce, I would advise others to avoid this company.
