I’ve been buying septum rings from A&E since I got the piercing, and they’ve always been my favorites. They recently had a clearance sale and I was worried it would be my last chance to get some of the ones I’d always wanted, so I ordered a bunch of them. Unfortunately and through no fault of the company, the package was not delivered properly. I reached out to customer support fully expecting a “sorry, we can’t help you” since it really was out of their control (and I hadn’t bought insurance on the package) , so I was very surprised when they offered to re send the items! They even kindly re-opened the ticket for me, as I was very late responding to their offer. The package got here swiftly and there were no problems. The pieces are beautiful, well made, and interesting. They’re easy to change out and the metals are piercing quality. I truly can’t shut up about how much I like this jewelry and the service from this company.

I'm so impressed with Ask & Embla, my new favourite brand. It's really hard to find good alt jewellery in Australia and their pieces are all unique, extremely well crafted and high quality (and make a statement). Exceptional customer service and super speedy shipping as well.

Everything I've ever purchased looks amazing and it's my seconds time.The quality of the jewelry is on paar and it's a comfortable wear from septum piercings to flesh tunnels .
The customer service is also great and ready to handle any issue. I live in Romania in eastern Europe and customs has some specific requests when it comes to outside EU purchases and because of this fact I had to make some modifications to the invoice because here you can't receive free stuff.So,the customer service department helped me with this issue the second time around so that I can receive my stuff.

Despite the beautiful design

I had a good experience with one of their necklaces, but my experience with the “Botany Earrings” has been frustrating.

The first pair broke the same day I wore them. I was sent a replacement, but they broke again just as easily. I loved the design so much that I ordered them a third time -and once again, after only two months of wear, they broke.

This is the first time I’ve ever had earrings break. For something that costs around 80 CHF ( I paid 160 ) and ships from Singapore, I expected much better quality.

Hands down, the best customer experience I've ever had in my life. The fastest response, and the utmost attentiveness to any concern you may have. Also, the pieces are all gorgeous and great quality!

I spend a lot of time searching for jewelry that suits my sense of style and is high quality. When I came across Ask & Embla, I was absolutely amazed. Handcuff earrings that i ordered are made with great precision and look stunning. I will definitely be buying more beautiful jewelry from this place. I would love to see more helix piercing earrings that are within my budget.

The quickest and the best customer service I have ever got the privilege to experience (compared to similar online stores and big company stores like Zara/Uniqlo/H&M/etc. They were quick to respond, they understood well and they resolved the issue all within 1 day versus taking days to weeks (which is not rare, I am dealing with customer service with a big company store and they have yet to resolve the issue and it’s been 2 weeks).

Just got my second necklace—the Unholy Grail—from Ask and Embla! It sold out last month, so I ordered it the moment it restocked. It arrived in 5 business days, looks exactly like the photos, and is made of high-quality 316 stainless steel—my favorite since I’m allergic to other metals.
