I allowed a refundable $1 charge to get…

I allowed a refundable $1 charge to get my answer. It was refunded but they charged me for a subscription w/o my permission, which I did not want. My credit card company caught it and declined the charge but told me to contact the company. I tried three times but they wanted to charge me $5 to speak to a computer technician. It was supposed to be refundable. No way will I do this. Stay clear of this company. Bad news
