I accidentally bought a subscription…
I accidentally bought a subscription when I was just trying for the free trial. I immediately then tried to cancel it and they were like sorry you can cancel, but we won’t give you a refund.
Support was very quick to respond. Their answer was that’s not part of our terms and conditions you’re stuck with your subscription no refund. However after posting on Trusted Pilot, I further received confirmation that since I had communicated immediately, they have updated and cancelled the subscription and the charge!
5Start review is for the great response and customer service. I didn't use the subscription and therefore don't have any feedback to provide on the tool itself.
I very much appreciated how quick they were to respond to my concerns.
