Comfortable and Great
I ordered this on a Monday and received on Wednesday. My grandson and I put this together in 20 mins.
I bought this because of the infinity aspect, I had a minor surgery on my foot and couldn't climb the stairs to my bedroom. I needed to be able to sleep downstairs and I was very comfortable in this chair.

Upon delivery we My 95 year old Dad moved in with us and we needed a lift assist chair. After researching we decided on this company ASJMREYE, not only the best price but the free shipping pushed it over the top. Upon delivery we noticed a imperfection in the chair and their Customer Service was outstanding! They sent the replacement part immediately. I would buy another product from them no questions asked, chair is great quality and very comfortable!

I love my chair
I love my chair. It was delivered to my house in two boxes. The chair was very easy to assemble by one person. It has worked perfectly ever since. I've had it about a month now and no problems at all. I love the heat and message functions alsoband it lifts me out of the chair easily.

The advertising was very misleading
The advertising was very misleading. They stated that their recliner was real leather when in fact only the seat and arms were leather. The remainder was fake leather and not even a good match in grain. The manufacturer offered to accept a refund but required that I pay the shipping fee to return the chair. The freight would cost me about $450.00. This is half the price of the recliner.
