Don’t shop from ASIM JOFA

I gave them one star though they don’t deserve even one star. They have pathetic service. Don’t order from them. I heard a lot about them and I ordered from UAE to my family’s home in Pakistan. I was so disappointed after getting the order, as it was different from the description. Once I called them for exchange and return they refused to do so. I was shocked to listen this.
PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM ASIM JOFA, they only take YOUR MONEY.

The level of promotions they do and the…

They simiply spend there budget on Makreting and promotions that's it zero customer service, poor shipping partner I Placed an on 29th March and after 6 days I got I text from there shipping partner that the order has refused and there is no call or text from the rider and even I confrim from my building security that there is no one came to deliver on my address.
Now I report this to asim jofa customer service they responded me back that there shipping partner has failed them so they are now delivering the order from TCS and provide me the tracking now after 2 days I track my order from TCS website nothing came up I contact there customer service again 🤦‍♂️guess what! They did nothing just they only put a request to there same shipping company they use previously and the TCS story and all the explanation was complete lie, and the same thing happan again order does not delivered as I order the item for eid  but simply ruined everything.

Kindly check there #trustpilot as well to see there reviews before ordering them.

They simply spend there money #promotions and #Makreting to create persona just it.

I ordered 7 dresses

I ordered 7 dresses. Each and every dress are piece of shet. The fabric are so poor, the work horrible, and the quality is garbage.. I can not explain how they made me disappointed. I order for Eid and one dress I wear for 2 hours and that dress got bob line all over the dress. Can you imagine how poor the quality is. I really want to return those pieces of garbage. Send you different suits from their photos

Do not buy from Asim Jofa! I purchased 3 suits from here and they do not look anything like what the models are wearing in the photos. From the material to the design, you can clearly see the suit it not what they advertise it as. Some of the suits have really important detail missing. They are just scamming people. Even colours look different.

Fraud online stores

Asim jofa is a fraudulent brand; do not purchase their suits. The items they showcase in pictures differ significantly from what they actually send. For instance, the pajama appeared printed in the images but was sent in green color and poor quality. The lace on the dupatta borders, as depicted, was missing, replaced by simple, low-quality material. Avoid buying from them; they are a complete waste of money.

I bought suits from here and think…

I bought suits from here and think about its brand name, spend too much money for shipping there in Pak and in Canada as custom’s fee and waste my precious time, so much disappointed with the quality of fabric even can’t wear as casual. Highly disappointed...

I recently purchased a dress from Asim Jofa, and I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed. The dress I received looked nothing like the online pictures. Not only was the design completely different, but the quality of the fabric was very poor. I had hoped that getting it stitched would salvage something, but even after spending a significant amount on tailoring, the dress looked even worse. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on something that not only fails to meet expectations but also ruins an important event. As a customer, I expected better from Asim Jofa. I will not recommend Asim jofa to anyone!!

Poor quality

I’ve ordered a suit but I was so disappointed when I received it. It was not the quality or anything near to the picture was shown on their website. I would never ordered anything again neither I would recommend anyone. Please be aware they don’t sell what they show in the pictures on their website. I paid 6599 Rs for an unstitched suit But that quality and stuff you can buy from a normal shop less then 2000 Rs. I don’t know whether they have got any refund policy or not.
