Staff is very supportive and cooperative my only concern is about the quality of unstitched fabric and embroidery needs to improve .

I have been a long time customer of Asim Jofa and am more and less satisfied with an exception that recently I had a bad experience. In the light of my good and bad experiences with Asim Jofa’s services, I suggest:
1) quality of fabric especially silk, and chiffon are not up to the mark. Cotton, lawn and daily wear fabrics are ok.
2) stitching quality is not satisfactory specifically for luxury articles, size chart which are given on website is also needs to improve .
3) colours of articles which are shown in the pics are totally different from the ones those are delivered; this is disappointing for any customer
4) customer care service needs to be improved. these people are not equipped with ample info especially in terms of compensation options.
However they are kind and helpful and but they lack info.

I bought a suit from Asif jofa last year I am not in Pakistan so I just received the dress and I am very disappointed I bought a dress for over 9000 and the quality the work material is very bad the suit was in shocking pink I received in purple the shirt in picture was long the shirt I received is shorter I am very disappointed with this as a brand name of asim jofa one world expect better quality and not a fraud like this

Not responding ir resolving my refund
Taking money is no issue for them but when it comes to their service, they make sure they give you no reply, leave your msgs on seen give response like we are busy etc and make no effort in resolving the problem despite me for the past 15 days waiting for either getting my parcel or getting refund, these loser havent donw either and no communication. I placed an order with Asim Jofa, and my experience was completely terrible. This brand might have a famous name, but in reality:
• I did NOT receive the product I ordered.
• Wrong color, wrong design, and sometimes cheap or cardboard-like quality was delivered.
• Customer service is completely useless — no response to calls or messages.
• I paid my hard-earned money, but I never got the correct product.
This brand is unprofessional, unreliable, and a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone NOT to buy anything from Asim Jofa, no matter how “luxury” people claim it to be.
