Order from here over a month ago, biggest mistake I made.
My parcel still hast arrived and i can see many others on reviews are missing too.
Worst customer services no result a month after ordering, absolutely useless

Disgusting Customer Service

I ordered one suit on 10th Mar 2023, it is now 17th March. Apart from the confirmation email which states Hermes - 4 days tracked, I have received no updates regarding my order or delivery.

I’ve tried contacting them via phone, message and emails and no responses at all.

I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone I know.

This service is beyond disgusting.

You can’t go wrong for the quality and price of these clothes. Ordered for Eid as couldn’t find anything locally. I’m always worried ordering Asian clothes online due to fitting/quality issues and want to avoid the hassle of returns etc. However the 2 suits I ordered were amazing, exact to size mentioned, sewn for comfortable fit and such good quality. Delivered fully tracked within 3 days, impressed as I’m sure this time of year it must get super busy. Such good value all round. I have recommended Asian suits online to my family too and will be placing more orders myself hopefully in future.

I ordered a kurta and it ripped near the collar and the seller asked me to return it and exchanged it for me. Was really pleased. Fast delivery and very approachable. Will definitely order again. Thank you

This shop is misleading. I placed an order for 2 items and then a few days later I was emailed that one of the suits is not available. Then I received my other suit and it came without a trouser when it was a 3 piece suit. The suit came in a awful condition the threads were loose and it seems like it had been worn before. I requested for a refund but because it was a sale item I wasn’t allowed to but it was ok to send damaged and half sent products. Would not recommend and will advise my family members not to shop from here again.

I Would toatly recommend this website super affordable and beautiful clothes, the service was honestly so so good I needed my parcel to be delivered a day earlier than when they were supposed to arrive and they made it happen. Despite all the hassle and confusion it must have caused them they still did it and I really appreciate them for this. I had an emergency where the clothes were needed asap! And they helped make it happen. Not saying you will be able to do this all the time just saying I would toatly recommend this website.

I received my suits a week ago and I love it, the service is amazing, they are very attentive to my query.

I just want to say, the staff have been very helpful to me, I contacted them multiple times on what’s app and they answered all the questions and made me comfortable in ordering, when the items arrived I was very impressed I. The quality of the suit, very happy and will be shopping again

First time ordering from this place - the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The delivery time stated 3-4 working days but only one item turned up on time - wanted the items in time for an Eid event! Tried emailing them to find out what had happened with the second item but had no response. Eventually got hold of them through WhatsApp and they said that there was only one left of the item I had ordered, but it was faulty so they didn’t send it - seemed really shady that they hadn’t tried contacting me to tell me this - felt like they were trying to avoid giving me a refund. Eventually agreed to give a refund for the item and my delivery cost. Took 3 weeks to get part of my refund and I am STILL having to chase them for the rest. By the 5th time I asked them about my refund, customer services gave me a rude response and more or less told me to be grateful they were giving me a refund at all. I have been polite and patient for well over a month and was really offended by the rude customer service I received. Never ordering here again.

I bought two dresses for EID, the picture dont do justice, they are so beautiful in person, thank you soo much for the dresses and brillaint service, delivery was quick

I ordered from this place and never again!!. Three items were faulty. The seller accepted my returns but the link they sent me to start the returns process failed. The website says the address on there can not be returned to either!!! A very clever and deceptive ploy to stop customers returning. I have sent numerous emails, all of which have been deliberately ignored. I am now starting action via my credit card company and I will also be reporting to trading standards.

Ordered suits for Eid on the weekend and they were delivered in just 3 days. Really good quality and perfect for this hot weather at the moment. Look a lot more expensive in person when they arrive, pictures don't do justice! I contacted their whatsapp number to check when the order would be dispatched and they were super responsive in getting back to me in minutes and have been really helpful. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a suit for my wife which I liked , it was meant to be a surprise but when it arrived unfortunately she did not like it, due to the net material at the ankles. My wife dresses modest, though the dress was beautiful it didn't meet a her modesty requirement.
I informed Asian Suits and they were very sympathetic offered me a refund straight away. They also kept me upto date with the delivery. Very impressed with the after care not many shops offer this. Genuine and honest company. Would shop again.
