The driver responded quickly to my requests and personally escorted me everywhere to make sure I didn’t get lost. I would use this service again in a heartbeat.

We scheduled this last minute when my flight got delayed and I would not land in Haneda until 01:00am. They kept in contact with me and made me feel safe and relieved that I had a ride waiting for me

The emails to the company were promptly attended to. The drivers were polite, helpful and punctual. We felt very safe in the vehicles provided. The journey was smooth indeed. By the way, we made 2 trips, 8th and 12th December 2025

The communication from Asia Car Service was effective from the moment I placed an online order for an airport pickup from Haneda. I received emails to confirm the booking and to let me know the name of my driver and the type of car. Upon landing, I received a text message from my driver with a photo of the sign (with my name) that he was holding and an approximate location. As soon as I entered the arrivals area (after clearing customs), I could spot my driver. The 30 minute drive to my hotel was calm and comfortable. Will definitely use this service again. Thank you

I had an excellent experience with Asia Car Service in Osaka. They took us from Osaka cruise port to Kyoto, the driver took us to 3 diferente places at our pace and then back to the ship. From the very first email, their team was efficient, attentive, and quick to answer all my questions. The entire reservation process was smooth, easy, and stress-free — everything flowed perfectly.

When we disembarked from the cruise, our driver Wei was already waiting for us. He was extremely polite, respectful, and patient. He stayed with us for about eight hours, driving calmly and safely the whole time. We visited three different places at our own pace, and everything worked out flawlessly.

It was a truly pleasant journey, and we felt very well taken care of the entire day. I’m very happy with the service and highly appreciative of the company. Thank you, Asia Car Service — we’ll definitely book again! 🙌

We've been working with ACS for more than 5 years and they have been excellent. Their team has helped us with both FIT & Groups, coaches to sedans and even sourcing guides / local coordinators. They've also been very accomodating with last minute changes and requests. We've never had a complaint about the drivers or the clenliness of the vehicles arranged by them from our clients.

The reservation process from beginning to end was A1.

I hired this company to pick us up from the cruise port and take us on a 6 hour tour, I asked them to provide suggestions for the tour. The cost was 400 US dollars. They accepted the job. We were picked up on time, however the driver, had no clue about a tour, he did not make suggestions and did not speak English. I suggest this company does not offer tours, if there drivers cannot complete this service. The tour was a complete was of time and money. Very disappointing.
