I’ve been looking for a good skincare brand for YEARS but after finding Ashtra my skin has never felt better!

Absolutely love shopping at Ashtra website, loads of different products, absolutely love medicube products 😄. I would definitely buy again from Ashtra website, so many products and good prices 😀

Ordered from them a few times. Their prices are good and all arrived in good time too. Their prices have a good range of products. One of the items was a preorder, for that product it took a few weeks, but other items in the order were sent separately so you don’t have to wait on the full order which is great. All items are in date and have a good life on them (a year or 2) so not sure what others have said. I’ve had nothing but good experience from this store and will continue to use them

Honestly within a week of using these products I have seen a massive improvement in my skin from glow and to clearness. My face looks so much cleaner and appealing and I’m loving it I would definitely recommend!

I never received what I ordered. I complained over email (they do not have a phone number) and did not get any response. Definitely a scam website.

Excellent products

Beware, the good reviews are fake. This is a fraudulent website!!!! They sent me an expired medicube cream which was completely different from what I ordered. They do not have a phone number, just an an email but they will never respond to you. Wherever you see a « Ashish » being nice etc…, it is a fake review they wrote in order to stay green on trustpilot.

I went to the website and placed an order. The discount code did not work, my card was debited and I got a text confirming my order but since radio silence.
I sent 2 emails to their customer service and no response. Is this a scam website ?

I have ordered from Ashtra several times now and am very impressed , their prices are great and my orders have always been dispatched and received very quickly, customer service is great , I’m hoping they will expand their brands and products and I will definitely be ordering from them again

I got the medicube vita C capsule cream and it is super good, leaves my skin hydrated everytime and also helps with uneven skin tone. I also got the collagen night wrapping mask. Loved the results - my skin felt glowy and moisturised. It’s so easy to apply and peel as well. Definitely buying again from here.

Very fast delivery and good customer service. I had few issues with my order but they were sorted out very quickly by the customer service team. Will be buying again in the future.
