A detail minded and good hands in assistance Ashtanga teacher in Rishikesh

I am on the yoga journey and exploring around Rishikesh, the first class with Neeraj Ji was arranged by Ashtanga Yoga in Rishikesh yoga school. During the class he recognized exactly what my body conditions needs, he guided me with precise and easy understanding instructions, those are what I am looking for, so I bought 6 classes with him.

Neeraj ji tailor-made classes in my range with some challenges, he always gave good motivations for me to explore within the pose deeper and longer time. Every time I have learnt something new from him. I bought another 12 classes with him recently. Finally I learned from him for 3 months.

Neeraj ji is not only tech ashtanga, he also focus on alignment and adjustment, Iyengar based Hatha. He is the best all teacher overall.
