I wish I had read here before ordering. The clothes looked lovely online and the returns seemed straight forward, even if you did have to cover postage yourself. The item came and wasn't as good quality as I was expecting so I followed the return procedure of emailing first. I was given an address in the Netherlands to return to and advised to have international recorded/signed for. I did this, at the cost of £16, only for it to be returned to myself a number of weeks later saying the delivery had been refused. (Not that it was the wrong address or anything ...they had refused to accept the parcel). I now know this is a sham company and will never use again - I just wished I had researched this before handing over any money.

It's almost three weeks but nothing was updated on the shipment delivery to me.

You can never return what you purchase!!
And you would want to return because the quality of the clothes are really really bad.
I bought a trench coat that was priced at £50. The delivery took about 1 month as it was coming from China. The quality of the coat is so bad that I cannot even donate it. Its like a plastic. I followed guidelines from the website to follow the return process by which you need to drop the support emailid a return request and dispatch the item post they accept your return. 3 months and multiple chasers later, I am still waiting!!

Dont buy from this website its a scam. Bought a jumpsuit really poor quality returned it costing me £14 it never was received as a fake company and was returned to me by Royal Mail even though tracked! Oh and it took over a month to receive! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!

Order shoes that I'd fallen in love with. Exactly the same happened to me as someone else who wrote a review. Received tracking details. Then all of a sudden the tracking disappeared. Emailed the company twice and absolutely no communication from them at all. Contacted my bank and they refunded my money. Stay well away

Ordered a coat for my wife took nearly two months to arrive very poor quality considering the price it arrived with a stain on the front I contacted customer service about the issues they offered me a30% discount The garment wasn’t even worth 30%Of the price I paid for it I requested a refund which they agreed to after paying return postage and customs clearance fees approximately £30 still no refund or replies to about 6 emails I sent I contacted my bank who are at present dealing with the issues considering terms and conditions stated on there website this company is a scam and should be shut down

This is the worst website to order the clothes I ordered some clothes they are shit very bad quality Never order from this company and I want to return they said I need to pay the airport tax shipping charge all of that which was not worth it I was badly Scammed 😌.please don’t buy from this website!!

No stars at all. Disgusting scam company. I spent £40 on a rag, which was meant to be a dress. I really don’t know how they get away with it, tried to return cost me £16. Only for them not to except the return. So a big lesson learnt. It’s called False advertising! Do not buy!! Scam

The order has not been delivered since 2nd of November, no response on emails, no refunds.

Haven't received my items since being ordered at the beginning of November. Tried to communicate with them recently requesting a refund, heard nothing back.

Never ever order from this site. The clothes are poor quality and look nothing like advert. I paid for returns after they sent details and they rejected the delivery at the other end leaving me even more out of pocket.

Can I give zero stars? Item received after 5 weeks, is of appalling quality, returned to Netherlands and parcel "refused" and returned to me. I have lost £70. Abysmal company DO NOT USE!

It is obviously a scam company, particularly after reading all the negative reviews, which I really wished I had read first. Still waiting 5 weeks for my delivery, I expect it will never come, and no replies to emails or correspondence whatsoever.

I ordered a winter coat many months ago still not got it and no word from the shop and now I can't contact them AVOID AVOID AVOID

If I could, I would give no stars. Dreadful communication, ie no communication on occasion. Very slow to receive items which were poor quality. Impossible to return items so DO NOT part with your money, shop somewhere else. Don’t let the name fool you. This is not a UK based company.

Ordered an item online and never delivered by the date on the order. Emailed them asking what the status of my order was and never got a reply! No communication from them whatsoever, had to raise a dispute with credit card company for a refund. Dreadful terrible experience, steer well clear.

Do not buy from this site - I have been waiting weeks for a coat to arrive - I have contacted them 4 times and have had no response. I have now cancers the payment and believe it to be a scam site - stay clear of them....!
