I have previously brought items from this shop directly and they were great so tried online this time as not due trip into lincoln and wanted to get present for someone I knew would love the products. Unfortunately after placing order on the 20th Oct I never heard anything more from them. I then saw post on Facebook page and tried to contact by phone - no answer and emailed too - no answer still.

Placed an order online in the 18th Oct, not received. Tried to contact via webchat with no reply, emailed with no reply, rang a mobile number given on their Facebook page, no answer (this number was given by the owner when they were getting lots of bad reviews).
A friend has been in Lincoln today and visited the shop to find all locked up, however still has sale items in the window displays. They asked the neighbouring shop and they were told that ASHBYAROMATHERAPY has not been open for nearly 2 months. Fuming!!!!
Will need to contact the bank for refund once my 30 days are done.

Made an order on 28th September and received email confirmation. Then no order received and no further communication. I emailed twice chasing order and no reply. Called the shop with online phone number and phone no longer working. Had to apply for a refund through my bank. Disappointed

Should have read the reviews before placing an order. The website seems legit but after placing an order and not receiving anything I tried emailing and calling. This shop is taking money and not fulfilling orders!

About a year ago I was in Lincoln and bought some aromatherapy hand cream in their shop which I have now used up. I decided to place an order on 8th September and after waiting a week I sent an email equiring about a delivery date. I sent a further email and had no reply.

Four weeks on, I have not received my order, nor have I received a reply to my emails and the phone number advertised on their website is not available. Find out for yourself whether the phone number is working and try emailing to see if you get a reply.

I have contacted Trading Standards via Citizens Advice to register my concerns about this company. I looked on their website today and placed an order but did not 'check out' to complete the purchase because I believe they are not fulfilling their contract to supply orders.

I would love to review the products but as I never received them I can't. Despite several emails to the company I have heard nothing. I even attempted to phone them, but the number on the web site is not recognised. Useless company, do not use. Hopefully this might attract their attention.

This order has not been received n I am unable to contact them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! Phone number does not work.

Have not received my order. Contacted them through email several times, no response. Telephone number on website not valid. Called the mobile number from their message trust pilot, again no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY absolutely disgusting taking money for orders & not delivering.

No product received after 3-4 weeks of waiting, emailing, trying to call, messaging on Facebook. I’d just like to know I will be receiving it as the money has been taken.

Do not buy online from this company. They take your money and do not send the purchases. They do not respond to emails and their telephone number is disconnected. I spoke to somebody from the neighbouring business in Lincoln and was informed the shop closed down 3 weeks ago. There are however still products in the shop. I would advise anyone experiencing similar problems with this company to report them to Trading Standards on 0808 223 1133.

Order placed on 4th February 2025 still waiting for delivery of goods.Tried calling and emailing but have had no response from them .would not ever use again.

This firm is no longer in business but continues to take online orders that are not received by the customer.

As with every complaint don't trust online, I haven't received any word my order has been processed, they don't respond to emails and the number is disconnected. It's a scam online! Will be seeking my refund via the bank as the online department of this store is just there for show

I ordered the product on April 9 but I haven't received it yet. But it says it was delivered but I haven't received anything. I wrote and asked but no one answers, they ignore it. Scammers

Popped into the shop on Saturday with a couple of friends and the shop owner could not have been more helpful. She totally knew her products and gave great advice. I purchased Feel Good Hands lotion and I cannot stop using it, it smells and feels amazing, I have never had a hand lotion feel like this when rubbed in, my hands felt like they were wrapped in silk! I’m here leaving a review because I came onto the website to purchase more as I never intend to run out and also purchase as presents for friends. I’m so glad we did not walk by the shop

I still haven't received my order.
I've contacted them by email, no reply & phoned them & the number is unrecognisable.
Now in touch with the bank for a refund.
I'm extremely disappointed.
