Very please. Izabela, handled my case super promptly and efficiently, answering all my house buyers questions and turning all the paperwork around in just 24 hours.
I was very nervous about the amount of documents and number of questions requested by my buyers solicitors about the Solar Panels on my house. I needed have worried as all was handled brilliantly by Izabela. Yes there was a small legal fee but this is to be expected for a significant house transaction. Great service.

Excellent service in relation to a lease variation
I act on behalf of clients selling their property with the benefit of a solar panel lease. During the enquiry process, the buyer's lender required the lease to be varied. Izabela Saldat dealt with progressing the lease variation and was able to provide draft documentation promptly. Registration at HM Land Registry was dealt with upon receipt of the signed variation and Izabela kept me updated throughout progress of registration and completion.

It scares the hell out of me to…
It scares the hell out of me to purchase a property where these people are involved I simply asked a general question and the call handler use that old chestnut gdpr clearly didn't know what it meant as I was not asking anything specific about any property just the general terms as to whether if you needed to make improvements to the property to improve EPC rating could the panels be moved or altered,,,,,, quite frustrating because the call handler all they could say was " gdpr .. blah blahh" when they didn't know what it meant and quite blatantly discriminated against my dyslexia, and the point about this complaint is when you ring the number it says quote "general inquiries or information" unquote,,,,, what's the point in saying that if you don't offer that service and are rude and flippant !

Shannon Davies within the legal dept. is a diligent person, qualified and reliable to handle tasks, as well as courteous.
