Great customer service
I emailed with Paul who was very helpful and quick at replying. My order got lost (no fault of the company!) and Paul helped to make sure I got my items in time for my holiday. Great customer service and cannot fault this company! It’s rare to receive this high level of care nowadays.

Excellent communication
This company (especially Paul) have been great. I did have a slight issue with damaged goods (from the transportation side of things) and nothing to do with Asgard Aqua but the matter was resolved and replacements sent out promptly. Communication with Paul was excellent and I can definitely recommend.
