Superb 1 to 1 service
From my first query with Asgard Arials right through to the reciept of the footage of our roof, has been nothing but exceptional.
I dealt with Marley personally, from start to finish, so felt like this was a 1 to 1 service.
I didn't realise exactly what was involved (having to gain permission from air traffic control and all the safety checks prior to my "flight")
On the day, Marley arrived with plenty of time to spare, to prep his equipment, do final checks of the area and the most impressive for me, was to involve me in the actual process.
I found it really entertaining watching Marley fly the drone with such precision- impressive! The guy clearly enjoys what he does.
We received the footage really quickly and the quality of the video was superb.
We've now been able to pass this to our surveyor, without the risk of anyone having to go up a ladder to our roof.
This method of inspection has to be the way forward.
I will certainly use him again, I recommend his service to anyone.
