This was fraud, someone used my card to buy gift cards. This is an old fraudsters trick that companies never address because it makes them money. Do better.

Terrible, as you allowed someone to scam my account and use my business funds to buy your egift cards. no security checks, nothing. If your system was able to recognise the person who did it, did not match the account details it would never had happened.
Thankfully I have been able to be refunded for the funds stolen but i suggest you do better with your checks in future.

Scam - 4 gift vouchers for £75 bought using my credit card. Contacted Bank fraud department and thankfully was reimbursed. The fact that 25% of reviews on Trust Pilot were regarding similar scams suggests that an update of security on their online purchasing of gift cards is required.

Over six months ago i had a £250 asda…
Over six months ago i had a £250 asda gift card...went to asda store did sjopping when i went to pay..nothing on card..spoke to manager spoke to gift cards theuo were very rude and said nothing to do with them as i purchased through clearpay...spoke to fraud and they daid it would be escalated and looked into...rang yesterday to be told they know nothing about it...someone is stealing money off gift cards and asda are covering it up....i will get the same reply as previously..an automated reply saying please contact fraud team
