Very short dates and poor service with online shopping

Very poor service with online groceries. They brought 12 yoghurts with 1 day to eat them. The strawberries were all mushy with 1 day as well. When I complained they would do nothing about it.
Check everything when it arrives or you could be had and they will do nothing. I've always been pleased with ASDA until now, but no longer.

Absolutely shocking how Asda scamming…

Absolutely shocking how Asda scamming people now. We ordered 2x 12 Huggies baby wipes(24 packs in total) for £11.48
They sent us 4x4 packs baby wipes which is only 16 packs for exactly the same amount of £11.48… we were working and wasn’t gone yet when Asda home delivery arrived so my sister opened the door and collected the order. We arrived 20mins later after Asda been delivered, so could not be able to deal with missing wipes why delivery guy. So I went to the Asda app where I ordered my items and opened a refund refuest for the missing packs of wipes and they declined to refund it… is that a joke? Is Asda really scamming people like that ?? Turns around it was substitute as they run out of jumbo pack of wipes so instead of 24 packs they decided to send as only 16 packs and charged us the same amount of money as for 24 packs of Huggies wipes… are they joking right now? I’m not going to leave it like that.. Also my neighbours told me they tried to the exact the same thing with them just for different items(food related) but they refused at the door as they been home and noticed somethings not right straight away.. so BE AWARE if ordering from Asda… don’t let them fool you..
my order nr 6782541000790

Moldy grapes.

I think i'm being fair giving two stars as the moldy grapes were only part of my order but still disgusting nevertheless. It's hard to believe that these moldy grapes could be missed by the produce staff the pickers the checkout and the delivery driver yet i spotted it straight away. I phoned Tesco groceries customer services and was told ''Sorry we will refund you and tell the store'' they have the same rehearsed sentences every time you phone.

I visited ASDA ystalyfera

I visited ASDA ystalyfera where I bought four bottles of lager 3 for 4, I informed the staff that I had not received the discount.
Member of staff went to check, he came back with a picture on his phone saying it wasn't on that product.
I know I wear glasses but my eyesight isn't that bad, I know what I saw, so just be careful, any offers please take a picture of the offer otherwise the same could happen to you.
Being a customer since the store opened I feel totally let down. I will let others who live locally to be aware of what's happened to myself.
Totally disappointed.

Useless company with terrible customer service

I paid for a delivery to my son’s home this evening so that he would be stocked up for Easter but most of the shop was ruined by leaking milk. Asda are issuing a refund but this takes 5 days and my son has been left without food over Easter. It’s impossible to contact Asda to ask for vouchers as well as the refund which he could use in store. What a useless company! Won’t be shopping with them again!

Terrible Customer Service – Still No Refund After Months with ASDA in…

I placed an online order (5592430000129) with ASDA in December, which they failed to fulfill due to stock issues. I cancelled it the same day and was told I’d receive a refund within 5 days. That never happened.

I called customer service multiple times, each time being promised a solution that never came. Eventually, they claimed the refund couldn’t be processed because it had been more than 30 days—despite the fact that I contacted them well within that window.

They then told me to go to a store. I went to ASDA Chelmsford where staff had no clue what I was talking about and couldn’t help. Complete waste of time.

ASDA caused the problem, yet expects the customer to chase them endlessly and jump through hoops. I ordered online, canceled online, and expect a refund online. Still waiting.

The lack of accountability and basic customer care is beyond frustrating, it's insulting. I will never trust ASDA with another online order again.

30% of my items missing only got half of them refunded before got blocked by website.

I’ve just had my grocery order delivered, value £150.00.
£50.00 of the order was missing.
I started the process of claiming a refund for the missing items online and half way through doing so the website said I could not claim any more refunds and to contact customer service.
I did so, the person on the line said they couldn’t hear me, I gave and said I would ring them back.
I rang back six times, working my way through the menus each time only to be disconnected after the phone rang 3 times. I am still £20.00 out of pocket with no way to claim it back as the help line keeps disconnecting me and the website refuses to give me any more refunds.
I will now raise a dispute against Asda with my bank.
The missing items were clearly a driver error. The customer service is very poor.
I will not be using Asda home delivery again.

Click and collect is a joke. Average wait 20 mins

Bletchley Superstore c&c AVOID!!!!

The last three times I’ve been to this store there has been no one waiting with my orders. The app check in doesn’t work and the poster with how to phone the department has the wrong number on it

It’s been over 20 minutes waiting today and there’s even another customer here who’s been waiting a further ten minutes

What is the point of your service if no one is working there????

Please stop offering click and collect if you cannot staff it during the times you are offering

Every time I order from Asda there are…

Every time I order from Asda there are items missing. This time there were three (the ones I needed the most obviously). Driver arrived 2 hours and 12 mins early. They're always massively early. What's the point of booking a time if they never stick to it? I'm done with Asda now. Also prices used to be very good but not now. They need to sort their act out.

If I could have left a Zero rating I…

If I could have left a Zero rating I would have . I’ve been shopping with Asda for over 15 years and have never had an issue until now .

I booked a delivery for last Friday at the usual time , I received a text today it would be late which was not an issue as I was at home . When the new delivery time came and went I called the customer service department , tracking showed that the driver was 7 stops away . When I spoke to customer services she stated that the tracking suggests the van hadn’t moved bearing in mind my delivery was for between 6-7 and it is now 8.30. She said she would need to refund . She then called the store who stated that the driver had delivered the shopping an hour before , I told her well he needed to return to where he delivered it as I hadnt received it ! I presumed that the refund would come through so I had to reorder my shopping for the next day and pay again . At 10pm the tracking was updated to delivered , I called customer services again who said that it would be escalated and I needed to wait 24-48hours . I then received an email on Mother’s Day stating that they would not be refunding due to tracking saying delivered . I then had to call again and again it was escalated and again I received the same email . I then was put through to the payment department who again stated they couldn’t refund and I should call the store I called the Leyton Mills store and spoke to someone who worked in the home delivery department I explained what had happened and he said he would look
Into it and, he would call back and hasn’t . I have camera footage from outside my property that proves no delivery was attempted on Friday !

I am now over £100 out of pocket and at a loss about what to do next but I will
not be letting this go.

Safe to say that I wil not be shopping with Asda in the future

Misappropriated microwave

I recently had a microwave delivered to my previous address 😖 the present occupant denied all knowledge of it!
Without much optimism, I contacted Asda. I spoke to the lovely Devine ( who embodied her name) she to secure a refund for me, enabling me to reorder the much needed appliance.
She did go above and beyond, thank once again Devine

I wish there was a 0 star option - overcharged, won't refund

I made an online order & didn't receive all the items - Asda processed a refund which luckily I spotted was just under £20 less than it should have been and raised the issue with the only telephone number available, but they can't help other than escalate, which the payments team ignore and a month later I'm still waiting with no news. I guess eventually this gets forgotten about and they have effectively stolen my money - I wonder how many others they have done this to? I don't normally check since Sainsbury, Tesco, Waitrose etc. get it right anyway, but clearly another source of income for Asda!

Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars. Purchased a delivery pass at the beginning of march and it’s as if now that I’m locked in they think they can be as useless as possible. I ordered yesterday for a 10.30am -11.30 am slot today. I received an email receipt this morning stating there were 5 substitutes and 5 items that were completely unavailable. Then my doorbell rang at 8.30am and it’s Asda… two hours early. I was annoyed but I was in the house, so it wasn’t the worst. However he handed me two crates then said that’s it and he was away. I thought it didn’t seem like much for around £140. Then after he left I realised more and more things that were missing so I started writing a list. Half of my order is missing and I can’t request refunds on the app yet because it states it’s not been delivered yet. I rang customer service who can’t do anything for me. I asked to cancel my delivery pass as I won’t be ordering from Asda again. She said I’m past the 14 days cool off period so she’ll have to pass it to someone else to see if it can be approved. Awful service I truly wouldn’t recommend to anyone
