Purchased a new pump from ASC and the sales side of it was easy. However, out of the box it was faulty so I made a warranty claim; this process took over a week then we were told we would have to pay a $50.00 delivery fee for the replacement pump. I don't believe we should have been charged a delivery fee to replace a product that is under warranty and what happens if the new pump has a problem - do we have to keep paying (this was not a cheap pump)? For this reason I would not recommend ASC to anyone.
