Completely unacceptable service

I was exhibiting at an event arranged by Ascential Events. Throughout the entire planning, they have been horrible at communicating. Getting in touch with relevant people have been really hard, and they do everything they can to not use email. You keep getting called up by people who barely speak English.

Finally, they requested me to pay by credit card over the phone in order to exhibit - consequently forcing me to read aloud all my credit card details while in the airport. This was in order to pay an invoice for an insurance which is seemingly just a way for them to make more money.

All in all, a completely horrible experience. Avoid using Ascential events if possible in the future.
