Ordered the oud fragrance. Shows dropped off on the 20th. But no movement since drop off in rochester ny. Email no longer works, and no other way to contact them. Do not trust them

They keep telling me there's a delay and to be patience but it has been now 3-4 weeks, I told them I want my refund. Explained it that I don't want it anymore.

Ordered item on Feb 22 no sign of it or refund
Ordered item on Feb 22, it’s now March 13 and no item in sight. Have contacted them multiple times but only receive pre-drafted email responses. Requested refund and same story. These people are scammers and be careful of their UK website as well a-scent.co.uk
