Where else are you getting 5% a month

Where else are you getting 5% a month? Using this algo has changed the way I look at investing now. I am using a US broker and Offshore.
US broker doing avg 3.2% monthly.
Offshore account avg 6.7% monthly
Between my two accounts I am seeing more than the avg stock portfolio that I had before doing only 18% a year.

I joined Ascend Trading because I wanted a hands-free trading solution by real experts. From day one, everything has been smooth, and the platform has delivered exactly as promised.
But what really stood out to me was the level of support when I needed it most. The team at Ascend Trading made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns, they went above and beyond, showing a level of integrity and commitment to their clients, that's rare.

Started in September 2024. My returns have been as follow.
Sept: 4.06%
Oct: 4.83%
Dec: 9.35%
Jan: 4.12%
Feb: 4.48%
March so far at 3.8%
Total return 30.64%
Max drawdown 7.3% in 6 months.

Doing absolutely nothing I have made this much. INSANE!!!!

My experience has been amazing

My experience has been amazing, onboarding was easy, algo works wonders; my account is at 15% in 2 months. Most drawdown to date has been under 3%. Overall my experience has been amazing.

I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company. Customer service was horrible/non-existent, and over a period of only a couple of months they basically blew the account.

Working with (B) as customer service rep who had zero help and basically offered no advice other than 'wait' - this waiting caused the account to continue to tumble until I ended it and withdrew funds. Claims that 'swap fees' were what was eroding the account or that the 'market' was unstable was not reassuring at all and just a way to obfuscate a bad trading scenario.

Their software appears to have no drawdown limits, nor does this company appear to monitor accounts for any unusual activity - best be sure for those looking to trade that you watch it like a hawk and intervene before they blow your account too.

The traders and company have shown they cannot trade in today's environment, and they have zero customer care or interactions to assist once you have given them money.

Twice now, this review has been flagged by the company to attempt to delete/change it. Frankly this is troubling - the company had one job - to make money for the clients - they failed on this - they failed on any customer support for proper oversight, for stops, or for any meaningful dialogue to attempt to fix/resolve/correct. Their energy seems spent on preventing accurate reviews of this bad performance rather than where it belongs - on trading and managing the money of clients that paid for their expertise and support.

Great Experience so far !

I have been with Ascent since October of 2024 and my account has made 30% since then. I like the fact that they don't trade on risky days to protect their clients funds from losses. It requires absolutely no input and i am able to withdraw at any time. So far i am very happy and look forward to invest more.

I am fairly new to Ascend

I am fairly new to Ascend, but so far I am thrilled. Onboarding was smooth and professional. Yes there were software bumps along the way but my email concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. My account is up over 18% in less than a month! On moderate not aggressive setting! I will be very happy if it sustains 5% a month. I read the one one star review. I am pretty sure it is fake, as my experience has been the complete opposite. I will post again after 3 months. Go Ascend!

Don’t Work With Ascend Trading 👎🏻

I initially started with Ascend Trading under the impression that their guarantee was a refund if I wasn’t satisfied within 90 days. However, after paying a lot of money to use their service, I discovered this was misleading—it’s not a refund at all but a restrictive guarantee designed to lock you in. The language was intentionally unclear during the sales call, and by the time I realized it, I had signed an ironclad contract that lawyers won’t even touch.

Despite feeling deceived, I put my frustration aside and gave them a second chance, hoping to at least make back my money. But when I tried to move forward, they immediately started playing games. My contact, Brandon, dodged my simple question about next steps, constantly shifting communication platforms—first ignoring emails, then rapid-firing texts, then making excuses about personal vs. professional email addresses, all while still avoiding my direct question.

When I spoke with the guy in charge, also named Brandon, his response was shockingly unprofessional. In one text, he told me to “go ahead and leave a one-star review,” and in the next, he claimed they value professionalism and that I’m welcome to work with them anytime. This contradiction sums up exactly how Ascend Trading operates—dishonest, evasive, and completely lacking in accountability.

He claimed I was extorting him by asking for a return of my payment, for a service I never used, that’s how delusional he is.

At this point, it’s clear to me that their entire process is calculated to trap customers, mislead them, and wear them down with nonsense instead of providing real value.

I am writing on behalf of Ascend Trading LLC in response to your review published on
Trustpilot on 2/12/25. We have carefully reviewed the content of your review, and we find that
several claims made within it are false, misleading, and defamatory. As a result, we are
demanding that you immediately cease and desist from making false statements about our
company and remove the defamatory review.
False Claims Regarding the Refund Policy: Your statement that our refund policy is
“misleading” and that our guarantee is a “restrictive guarantee designed to lock you in” is
entirely false. You signed an agreement electronically via Pandadoc on 12/20/24,
acknowledging our 90-day refund policy, which clearly states that a refund is only
available if the software is used in accordance with the terms and conditions for the full
90-day period. Your review suggests that the policy was unclear or deceptive, but this is
contradicted by the agreement you signed, which you were provided with prior to
committing to the service.
Misrepresentation of the Contract: You allege that you were misled into signing an
“ironclad contract” and that “lawyers won’t even touch” it. This is a gross
misrepresentation of the nature of the contract. The terms of the agreement were fully
disclosed to you, and you voluntarily signed it. There is no evidence to support your
claims that the contract is unfair, deceptive, or that it is unenforceable. Your assertion is
an opinion, not fact, and it is harmful to our business reputation.
Violation of Refund Policy: You are requesting a refund outside the 90-day window
outlined in the agreement, which constitutes a breach of the terms of service that you
agreed to. We have made every reasonable effort to honor the terms of the contract, and
your demands for a refund beyond what was outlined are not valid. This misuse of our
refund policy has been addressed directly with you in our communications.
Defamation and Reputation Damage: Your review contains several false and
defamatory statements, including claims that our company is “dishonest, evasive, and
completely lacking in accountability.” These accusations are categorically untrue and
severely damage the reputation of Ascend Trading, LLC. False statements such as these,
which damage the reputation and goodwill of our company, are considered defamation
under the law.
5. Request for Immediate Action: We demand that you take the following actions
immediately:
◦ Remove the false review from Trustpilot within 72 hours of receipt of this letter.
◦ Cease making any further false or defamatory statements about Ascend Trading
LLC and its employees, whether on Trustpilot or any other platform or forum.
Please note that if you fail to comply with these demands, we will take further action, including
but not limited to pursuing legal remedies for defamation, breach of contract, and damages to our
reputation.
We hope that you will resolve this matter promptly and in a manner that avoids further
escalation. Should you have any questions or require clarification regarding the agreement or the
terms of service, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at 1-800-405-0744

I've been using Ascend Trading now for…

I've been using Ascend Trading now for 2 months.
Placed $18k with them. Trading is on autopilot.
I've been tracking this daily and earnings have been positive every day. I'm averaging 6% a month so far.
If this continues, I'll have $500k in 5 years. Shout out to Brandon Enriquez 561-766-5624 as he has been great getting me onboarded. Cheers!

Better than expected

I have been burned but a couple other algo groups and went in very hesitant. Brandon and has team have delivered and restored my faith. I have been getting a solid 8-12% a month and with less than a 2% drawdown….for the vast majority of the time less than a 1% drawdown. Very refreshing

Hands down the best in the business

Hands down the best in the business. Why? Because I trust their process and work. They know what they are doing and are safe. The gains are incredible and they have options for how much you want to wage. I’m so happy I went with them and not the others. This is your most profitable safest bet. I promise.

Smooth onboarding and easy to get…

Smooth onboarding and easy to get setup. Have dealt with both of the Brandons who are great.
The part that I like is that you have someone looking over your account to add another level of scrutiny. Some of the other platforms you are kind of your own and if things turn south it becomes very stressful. Performance is looking good!
