Brilliant service, well coordinated with well-trained, professional staff. I called to inquire about a potential find during a DIY project, and within a day, Josh appeared — professional, calm, and knowledgeable. It was very reassuring to have an empathetic personality helping me to rationalise the problem. Thanks to Ryan and Sharon for their part too. A number of people have been involved in this project. Simon, primarily, David & Ben. They have all been so helpful and knowledgeable in this area. The team made sure that the people on site had all the relevant equipment and resources and the removal went to plan. I must say all personnel, including the on site team were a credit to the company. Polite, helpful, careful and hard working. I would definitely recommend this company, as they were professional throughout. I knew this would not be a particularly cheap process and not a pleasant job for the team on site. However, I know that this has been done properly, with relevant paperwork and liaising with relevant authorities. The waste was handled safely and removed from site in accordance with HSE procedures. Needed a test result fast and they went above and beyond to get it done. Customer service second to none.

I needed ceiling textured coating checked out. Shauni was very helpful and really quick to respond to emails. I took my own sample, posted it out and it took four days to get results in the form of a report.
Well worth using a company who will put your mind at rest and I would not hesitate to use again if needed

Easy to contact them, straightforward procedure and process to send the sample, reasonably priced service. Personable and knowledgeable people. I did have to send a reminder for results, but once sent that was dealt with very quickly, all good.

I used Asbestos Audit to check some suspicious looking roof felt from my house. I found the service very friendly, helpful and responsive. The test results came back very quickly and the price quoted was competitive and good value for the peace of mind the service provided. I'd certainly recommend this company and will use them again.

We've used asbestos audit twice now and have been impressed with the service both times. They came out to collect some samples for us, and were very helpful and professional while doing so. Our results came back much quicker than expected in a very clear report. We then used them a second time when we found additional areas of concern, and again our sample results were returned to us very quickly. The office are very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Having waited for over 2 years for our Managing Agent to complete the work needed to make the ceiling in our garage and storage area safe from asbestos we took matters into our own hands and got Asbestos Audit to do the work. From our first contact to paying the invoice, it took only 2 weeks.
