We ordered two pairs of hiking shoes on July 16th for our upcoming trip to Germany and Austria. The latest delivery date was July 28th. After 10 days of silence, we contacted customer service — they could only say the order was "in progress", with no useful update.
On July 28th (a day the store was closed), the shoes were supposed to be delivered. Later that day we were told they still weren’t there — and no one could say when they would arrive.
Turns out they ship directly from Jack Wolfskin, who deliver in just 2–4 days if you order from them directly. But through AS Adventure, it takes over 13 days? No alternatives, no solutions, nothing.
We ordered well in advance and are now left without hiking shoes for our trip. Extremely disappointing.
All of these negative reviews exist for a reason. The online shopping experience is terrible. If you're not able to provide proper online service, then don't offer it at all. They promise delivery on a specific date before you purchase a product, but then you receive a delay email with, after you purchase the product, with no follow-up about when your product will actually arrive.
Additionally, if you paid in-store with a bank card or cash, you have to contact them to request a refund instead of a voucher — which should be the default! Everywhere else, the standard refund method is returning the money to your account. It feels like they're forcing you to buy from them again.
And if you paid with eco-cheques, the only option is a voucher. So once again, they leave you no choice but to spend your money in their store, which I would rather not at all!
I rarely if ever write reviews. I ordered a product and 8 workdays later the price dropped significantly(30 euro). After contacting customer service for store credit they dis not comply since their internal guideline is 5 working days. I was planning on using the credit for spending another 400 euro to their store I find it very bad customer service and am planning on buying elsewhere where the customer relations are better. Returning the product is not an option since I can only return it for 100%loss of value --> meaning not returnable as you get 0 euro bach instead of 529 euro but they advertise it as returnable (as always you need to read the fine print)...

Ordered something 03/01/2025. 10/01/2025 they sent an email that there was a delay and that I was going to recieve an email with more info in the next days...28/01/2025 I sent another email asking where my order was. I did not get a reply back. Is the second order I do during the sales and the second order that goes wrong. If you want to make an online shop you need to make sure your stock is updated. Thanks to paypal I will get my money back.

Ping pong between the shop and the customer service and nobody takes ownership nor cares.
Nothing went wrong but people need to beware when buying here. I bought some shokz open pro headphones and when ai got home and advertisment came up on my phone for the same article €60 euros less. I certainly regret buying there.

The North Face Larimer Mid shoes are hard to find even on the North Face site (NL) they were not available, a.s. Adeventure had them in all sizes. I was skeptic also due to seeing the reviews, but to my surprise I received them within 2 days sent from Belgium to the Netherlands. I'm glad the size works out because most bad reviews seem to be about returning.

Bought an expensive GPS/heart rate running watch in March 2023.
Begin December 2023 it did not work anymore so brought it in for repair.
I was told that I had to wait more than a month before getting it back, which already was a chock.
On January 12th I got it back, but it showed the same issue. Nothing had been done, the watch cannot be used.
I complained formally in the shop that January 12th where I was told that the situation would be treated with urgency. They noted in my case that I wanted not a repair anymore but a swap to another watch from a different type.
On February 6th (nearly 4 weeks later) I received an email from their headquarters asking me what the problem was and where the watch was (??).
Now, on February 24th I still had no news nor swap.
Emails sent as reminder did not get a reaction.
Very very poor service.

We ordered a Eagle Creek packing cube. It arrived with some loose threads, but we did not have time to return it before leaving on our holidays. As expected, the packing cube started to tear at the seams. We contacted AS Adventure to ask how to deal with warranty, but it's been over 3 weeks and we haven't even got a reply. The quality of the products that arrived was below expectation. This might not be AS Adventures fault. But it is there responsibility to deal with warranties and supply us with a repair or return option
Update: AS Adventure reached out to us: They explained that they had not received the e-mail and have provided a solution for the warranty issue. Thanks!

I was really nervous about using this company, due to all the bad reviews. However, it was the only place that had the jacket I really wanted in stock so I decided to take a risk, thinking I could at least make a claim on my credit card if it went wrong.
I am pleased to say that the order arrived on time, in perfect condition. There was good communication with the company and tracking on the order. I can’t fault the service.

ASAdventure is a racist and discriminatory company. I am currently in Morocco and I have been trying to buy products from this company and they have blocked and not accepted my payments because they say that I'm not buying from a European IP. They think that because I am in Morocco I am some kind of scammer. So they do no accept payment from places outside the EU. no even with VPN´s although my accounts are in Europe, and just for the simple fact that I am in Morocco they will not take the payment because they do not trust.
