Shipping/ Customer Service Response time terrible
Shipping terrible, and customer response time to emails isn’t great either. For the amount spent on two pairs of boots ordered Dec 3rd, even at the lowest cost Canada Post option, it is December 16th, and no boots. Since Dec 3rd, all tracking said was “shipping label created” with an “expected delivery date Dec 12”. Instead of arriving that day, tracking changed Dec 12 to “arriving Tuesday Dec 16th”, but the actual tracking info had not changed from “shipping label created”, which indicates only the label existed or had been created- the package had not actually begun moving or was not in any kind of transit state. Emailed customer service Dec 16th to confirm they were actually shipped and asked the exact date. Got the standard “Canada post delays” response/excuse, which is not logical. Just looked at tracking again and what do you know, shows package was just picked up today in Montreal, now arriving “December 24”. Terrible ordering experience and even worse was lied to about shipping. Seriously, how much does someone need to spend to get better shipping without excuses? I spent over $800.

My A.S experience
The A.S. products are fantastic. Well-made, resistant, top leather quality. Over the years, I purchased so many and still do, traveling in Italy or on-line.
The only suggestion I'd like to make is to provide more details on the products on the A.S. store webpage.

These boots rock
These boots rock, as do the shoes I purchased last year. I was concerned when I put in the wrong delivery address, and it took a while to hear from customer service to say they had corrected the address. But in the end, I did hear from customer service and they did correct my error. I would definitely purchase boots or shoes from A.S.98 again when my bank account allows it. And, I'll take care to put the right address on the order.

Incredible quality
It was easy to order and shipments were made in a timely manner! The quality of the boots/shoes is excellent! Shoe/boot fit is slightly larger and wider than other brands. I found the featured boot/shoe pics, rather misleading. I take a larger size and the wider toe box has made boots unattractive. They look clumsy and clownish rather than avant garde and fashionable.

Amazing sneakers!!
I’m a huge fan of AS98 and these sneakers are just AMAZING!! I’m so in love with the style, the comfort, the beautiful gold leather and the quality! I have 3 pairs of boots/shoes from them and if I could I would own the whole line!

Purchase process is simple
Purchase process is simple. Delivery is slow in my opinion. You get a notice that your order is on its way, but it actually hasn’t been received by the shipper yet. I am still waiting on my last order.

SOOO disappointed !
I ordered a pair of gorgeous as98 boots, that showed in stock in my size. I received confirmation with shipping tracking info. I was sooo looking forward to their arrival and purchased an outfit to wear with them.
I waited a week and when tracking info was not updating, I contacted as98 customer service and was told that, unfortunately, they didn't have them in stock afterall, and that I would not be receiving the boots : (
The customer service representative was very kind and told me she would process a full refund within a few days.
I am hugely disappointed that my order was confirmed, with shipping info provided. And then only when I followed up, I was told sorry, no boots for you : (

I loved the shoes I ordered which came in good time. My only question would be will they replenish the sizes that they are currently out of or are they permanently out of those for good. I would love the dia size 39 and am checking them every day to see if there are anymore!!! I’m hopeful!!!

Bought boots/too big return/exchange hassle
Bought boots, beautiful but too big. Wanted to exchange for size smaller, made refund/ exchange request Nov. 11th and request not granted until Nov. 17th. Why is there a wait to process return? Wise to shop local store whom sells As98 to find out size before ordering online. I am excited to receive the smaller size boots. Because of their return process, I will not receive until Dec 13th! Bought originally in Oct 2025. Wanted to wear to Christmas party and now that is ruined. Will not buy from again. As from comment below from AS98 , blame customer and this company has their own rules.( read fine print) Still have not recieved boots Dec 10/25. These are expensive boots and As98 using UPS, a 1 star rating carrier as well.

Terrible Customer Servie
I rarely leave reviews, but I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience with AS 98 Canada. I’ve purchased several AS 98 shoes and boots over the years from a local retailer, but since that store closed, I placed my first order directly through AS 98 Canada.
Unfortunately, the pair I ordered are too small. I’ve tried contacting customer service five times over the past two weeks through both email and the online portal, but haven’t received any response. I’m sharing this so others are aware that getting assistance with a return can be difficult, as of now impossible.
I’d really appreciate acknowledgment and help with returning these shoes for a refund/store credit. I’ve always loved the brand’s quality and design and want to continue supporting AS 98, but I hope they reach out soon to resolve this issue and restore my confidence in the brand.

Great boots, terrible customer service!
First, let me say that the boots themselves are fabulous. High quality, gorgeous leather, beautiful styles. If only this was reflected in the customer service of the company. They are slow to ship (I received an email saying it had shipped the next day, but according to the tracking it didn't actually leave until 6 days later), slow to approve and process refunds and absolutely appalling at responding to inquiries. I placed my order on Sept 10, initiated the return the same day I received them, and it is now Oct 21 and I have yet to see my refund. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it was a small amount of money but they are gatekeeping hundreds of dollars.
Additionally, when I started my return, two of the items in my order were showing as Final Sale. This absolueltely was NOT listed anywhere on the product description during purchase (or after - I went back and checked). Luckily I did not wish to return these but companies who hide Final Sale terms and conditions from customers until after the fact leave a really poor taste in my mouth.
Do yourself a favour and buy their products from literally anywhere else.
