The entire selling point to this service is you have someone to customize your box every month. But they either don't listen or care; most likely both. For 3 weeks now I have had just been straight up ignored and when I ask very specific questions all they do is change my box to some other random box for no care about my or my wife's likes or interests. They don't care and won't listen to you. Not worth even trying.
