I had two issues. First, my refrigerator ice maker wasn't producing enough ice. They sent out same company both tech said they will order the part to fix it. Shortly, they closed out my claim without notifying me. Second, my AC went out. The fan works but no cold air. It's been in the high 90s and they couldn't find any company to come out to repair my AC. I would not recommend this company. Terrible service.

This customer care representative Vanessa made my day today! I was trying to sort out the current plan charges and she helped me providing the same benefits with lower rate. While she was doing it, my call got dropped. She called me after sometime and confirmed the rate change was processed. Also to my surprise she asked about an in progress claim and when she knew my own contractor didn’t sign my claim, she helped me waiving the claim processing charges.!

Thier people are nice and well trained to tell you no in a nice way. They sent me a coverage summary when I ask after I found out they would cover 600.00 towards a AC unit if it's more then 10 years old. Well...99.9% of request are more then 10. Anyway I called to cancel and they begged me to stay. Offering extra maximums. Well you will never reach the original maximum when the coverages for items or 300.00 for most and 600 for most expensive appliance in your home. My car insurance covers up to 300 k, 100k, and 100% minus deductible on most all damage that's fixable and my monthly payment to ARW was just about the same as my car ins. I was shocked they wouldn't cover it.
I cancelled,but I've been paying for years and never used it. Please. Set yourself a savings for just household maintenance. You will be better off and you'll know what you have to cover broken appliances. Home warranty companies are rip off.

My payment was 74.99 a month. It was not one of the lower tiers. If that was lower tier, I wonder what the higher tier payments are! No, I had what I was told a good coverage and my washer and dryer was included.

Second MAJOR issue with this warranty company. Our basement was flooding so we immediately called a plumber to save what he could and then notified ARW. They denied the claim because I did not call or email them first. Seems like a built in policy to allow them to deny claims. When there is an emergency and the house is flooding I am not going to wait on hold all day, which is normal with ARW, and then call the professional. It doesn't work that way. Steer clear of this company.

I have been with your company for over two years. I was told that you would replace my hot water tank when i joined .You did not tell me that it was prorated. You offered me $400.00 only if i had all of the “ proper paperwork “ I had a contract come and quote me a replacement cost at which time i will be saving over 2,000 , your company will not give me my deductible because I’m having a third party install my water heater for more then1/2 of the price! I’m saving money , you don’t care ,because you need a paperwork trail!You can stick your co. right up your caboose!! In the end YOUR LOSING MONEY , my plan came to over 800.00 a year so far my total to you is close to 3,000 and you want to quibble over 399.00 , you folks need to go back to business school!! YOU SUCK AND EVERYONE I KNOW , WILL KNOW THIS!!

This is a rating ONLY for the agent NOT ARW i just spoke with VENNESSA, her name should stay in caps. I canceled my services last week and then began to get calls, not understanding why because I thought our relationship was finally over. I returned the call and first got somebody name Mina I think she said her name was, which this one of the reasons I left you guys was for unprofessionalism and personal feelings and not to mention the banger " never fulfilling orders"However she was flat out rude, ask to speak to a supervisor she said we were done talking since I wanted to cancel. I called back and this customer service oriented familiar voice came on the line, very familiar in 1980 when people cared about pleasing the customer. I laughed and talked to this young lady and she could have sold me anything that I ever returned. She was a delight to speak with. I feel this company may one day be her downfall, she don't belong, she deserves a more professional setting. I pray GOD find her, her right setting where people are as humble, understanding, delightful, listener, and customer service oriented as she is!
