Waited weeks for my order to arrive.

The shorts that I ordered are such poor quality they look like they have been made in a Chinese sweat shop.

I emailed asking for a refund, they emailed back saying they needed to be shipped to Dubai!! No where on the website states this in the returns policy, so I had to spend £17 to get them shipped back.

Awful customer service

The shoes took a month to arrive. The website said 5 days. The sizing is very off. I realize it is a European size but it was at least 2 sizes smaller than a standard US size. They will not send a return lable - you are responsible to pay for returns- DO NOT TRY IT- NOT WORTH IT!

My order took weeks to arrive. I sent many emails asking for an update on where my order was. The goods finally arrived today 31st March. The garment material is really poor quality.

The stitching along the hemline is really poor.
Returning this item is going to be impossible to claim a refund. Their courier company website states They are not processing returns and can only deal with Zara customer returns.
A really disappointing customer experience.
People, please don't waste your money.

what i saw in a picture on the website is not what i got ,the order took nearly three weeks to arrive and when i got it ,it was not what i had imagined id have gotten.
Another chinese knockoff shop pretending to be a quality brand ,my advice to you and everyone reading this is stay away. their items are overpriced for what junk you receive.

Knockoff shit,looks terrible and small,dont buy off this site,my boss polo shirts just arrived,going in the bin,wish I had read the reviews before I purchased

I truly wish I could leave 0 stars. This company is a scam. I ordered the Black Icaria Carad Holder (thinking I was going to get the product in the photo — how naive of me). I got a completely different card holder and product design. Upon contacting their "support", I get this response: "Slight variations may occur, as we produce 2–3 style batches of this product." I am being gaslit into accepting something I did not even order — DO NOT BUY FROM ARVEILO.

Seller refuse to accept moral responsibility for shipment of merchandise poor in quality material lacking durabilty as displayed in seller on-line web-site ad. The seller has the moral obligation in an online transaction to ensure transparency, honesty, and fairness, are paramount to all buyer whom cannot physically inspect the goods before purchase. This obligation extends beyond just legal compliance, requiring a focus on protecting the buyer from fraud and providing a trustworthy experience. In doing so
the seller should have cancel the order and refund full amount to the buyer knowingly the merchandise shipped did not match the merchandise displayed in his on-line ad. We should unite as one an protest on-line scam. If we do this something will change or do nothing and allow this to continue.

DO NOT order from this company. The clothes are shockingly bad quality & faulty. They sent faulty & wrong items then refuse to take responsibility to refund. Cost £33.30 to return the items and they will not cover the cost or refund the cost of the items and it takes forever to receive the parcel & then got stuck at their customs on the return but they take no ownership of this. Awful, awful company.

Do not buy. I ordered on Dec 11, cancelled immediately. They confirmed the refund in writing but never sent the money. It has been 45+ days. They keep sending automatic emails saying 'we are checking with the team'. This is a dropshipping scam. I have reported them to the authorities and my bank.

Provided invalid return phone number. Courier refused shipment.

Im sorry to say but have Waited over 25 days now for my clothes and have not gotten anything yet I hope for Them that they Can deliver it by the next 2 weeks

Possibly the worst company I have ever ordered from. The clothes arrived and were of such a poor quality that I had no choice but to return them. I had to pay an extortionate fee to ship the items to Dubai where Arveilo then did not answer on the three occasions that the courier attempted delivery. I raised this with them and they informed me several times (after me having to chase almost daily) that they were discussing the matter in-house. I was then notified by the courier that the parcel was being returned to me due to multiple failed delivery attempts. I have had to dispute the transaction through my bank in order to get the money back, after which the Arveilo customer service team stated that they had informed me of this decision several times, which they had not. I then received an incredibly rude and unprofessional email from customer services again stating that they would not be responding to my concerns further and that the case was deemed closed, as their failings had been ‘resolved’ by my bank crediting me the refund. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service in my life. Please avoid at all costs.

This business is fraudulent. They shipped an extremely cheap wallet that looked *absolutely* nothing like advertised on their website. After sending customer service a photo of the awful merchandise, customer service wanted me to cover the international shipping and fees to return the item to Dubai. Absolutely not. Customer service was a big waste of time. I'm in the process of disputing the transaction with my credit card company. Buyer beware.

If you see this Ad for CLEAR FIX from ARVILARO don’t buy it!!! It doesn’t work and they wouldn’t stand behind their Guaranteed Refund or Return policy!!It’s supposed to take scratches off of your car but it’s a scam!! Just wanted to warn people 😊

Terrible. Misrepresentation of their products. Very low quality. Delivery was well over a month and one item was never delivered; I was told it was “out of stock” after the pair of shoes never arrived. They were never able to tell me what was shipped. Sweater and shoes came in a stuffed plastic bag. I would consider this company a scam.

Have been shopping with Arveilo for 1 year now love the clothing amazing quality at reasonable prices delivery are always quick. Highly recommend

⁠Arveilo appears to be one of few companies that stock bodywarmers and shells that feature double zips, hoods and pockets it’s truly that difficult to find clothes that are sensibly designed with the wearers needs in mind. Arveilo accomplished that all without compromising a reasonable price tag good fabric and design.

I had an issue with one of the zips on a pair of shorts I recently bought my partner and they were amazing at providing a quick and easy solution! Thank you.

They say 30 days return but Arveilo deceived us. We ordered three items. We returned them before receiving from the custom due to the high custom fees. We informed Arveilo via email. But after some correspondence, we received an email today which says they will not refund the money. WHATCH OUT this company and STAY AWAY from them.
