Seems to be working as advertised. Little bit uncomfortable but overall nice. I love the heating aspect of it and I leave it on green number one for the vibration and blue number two for heating. I can't see using the high settings on this unit whatsoever. But nice to have it there

It’s really good, except I don’t feel anything really massaging me. I just feel vibrations. I think if you put something in it that got right into your muscles, it would be perfect.

I’ve only used the neck device for 6 days but the results have been amazing so far! No ibuprofen, no chiropractor visit this week after 5 straight weeks of discomfort.The 15 minutes is so relaxing and the vibrations vary in direction and intensity so it feels like a great massage.

Artuvate company is the real deal! They give good advice and service. Customer service replied within an hour to me and the person,Lowella, was caring and knowledgeable. I really like them and have recommended them and their products to many of my friends who have pain because the products are affordable and they do what they say they’re going to do. I highly recommend them.

I have emailed and called this company, several times no response. I have a massager and this one isn’t any better. I would like to know how to return mine

I received a very creative alternative to returning my FisioRest.

I have only had my heated neck massage r for a few weeks now and as they say it's doing the job slowly but surely, time will tell, patience is a virtue.🙂

After having my item for a few months, one of my chargers broke and one of the blocks disappeared. Thank goodness I bought the lifetime warranty, as they mailed them out to me immediately.

Unfortunately, they are coming directly from China, but I'll wait the extra time needed to receive my replacements.

The Artuvate Team are a great customer service department, and I highly recommend purchasing the lifetime warranty to avoid any issues that come up.

I have arthritis all over my body (who doesn't at 74 yrs) and it is particularly noticeable in my neck. I also have what the doctor called "hyperflexibility," which I describe as "my glue is loose." While bones don't completely dislocate, they do shift enough to pinch nerves and cause general mayhem if I don't watch what I'm doing. Having that ability to stretch in ballet and yoga was terrific, but now, I'm paying for it. If I don't maintain good posture or let my appendages droop during sleep, I wake up to find a bone has shifted in the night and my joints are misaligned, or "out of whack" as I usually describe it. I originally got the FisioRest neck massager for all of these reasons, and have been very happy with it. The heat, massage tension and variations, and the cushions all help realign, or at least loosen my neck so I can shift it all back into alignment.
Because it worked so well, I decided to try the pillow. It feels odd at first because the of slightly lower position of the back and the raised position of the front under the neck, but I adapted very quickly. For the first time in years, I am sleeping very well (on my back or either side, all are comfortable), and I wake without a headache, which, in itself, feels miraculous! I am extremely happy with these purchases and highly recommend your products.

Didn't know what to expect as I have had neck problems for a lot of months now.
Been using it for 15 minutes everyday.
Didn't think much of it until I realised that I have begun to have fewer headaches.
I wasn't looking for any results for a few weeks at least.
Looking forward to seeing how things are after my first 30 days.

Great service recovery. Once you've verified that the is a fault immediately replaced the unit, no questions asked.

Decent product. Provides some relaxing pressure but not deep enough for me. One of the better pillow massage products I've used though. Worth a try.

Sceptical as I may have been, ordered by mistake and needed to cancel the order. Even though there wasn’t an Option to cancel immediately afterwards, customer service responded professionally and believe it or not, a timely manner which is rare these days. Order cancelled, waiting on refund

I have suffered from a stiff neck for ages. It made me dizzy when I got out of bed and after spending time looking down. I now have 15 mins per night with my Artuvate close my eyes and relax. I love it when it rolls up the back of my neck . After just one session I felt the difference. It is now part of my bedtime ritual.

I had high hopes for this product, but it did not perform as marketed for me. While the vibration and heat functions are pleasant and provide some temporary relaxation, I did not notice any meaningful improvement in my forward head posture, neck alignment, or overall posture after using it.
One downside is that it must remain plugged in during use, which limits convenience and mobility. The setup and positioning can also be a bit awkward.
Overall, it may be useful for heat and massage relief, but if you're purchasing it specifically to improve posture or address neck alignment concerns, I would manage expectations. I've since ordered separate neck and back support devices to see if they provide better results.

I haven't been using all three products for very long, so I will give another review in about 2 months.

So far so good. It’s only been a week but I have used it numerous times. Super happy with my purchase.

Easy to order, appreciate the status of order updates, arrived safely and easy to use. Enjoying the product so far, and I think it's making a difference in my neck and head tension!
