I’ve been suffering over 11 years with my neck even after surgery, therapy, Botox, dry needling. My daughter sent me your adv I ordered one immediately! The day I received it I read all about it! As most, I was skeptical at first. That is until my second day when I realized my pain was reduced by fifty percent. Yes, it's true! I'm now on day 6 and it's getting noticeably better.
I definitely recommend this to anyone that's experiencing neck/shoulder pain issues.

The machine will maintain zero charge. I cannot use it and I need to send it back, but I don’t know how to do that.

I made an order (Order #AE149415OO) on July 4th and as of today July 18th, it hasn't even gotten processed. I kept sending emails. On July 14th, 10 days after, they told me it's missing a contact number and that's why it hasn't shipped, which is ridiculous. I asked for a refund and that i no longer want it. And from that point onwards, zero responses, and zero refund.

I have neck pain on my left side that keeps me from having restful sleep. I ordered the Fisiorest and absolutely love it. I was expecting a little firmer pillow, but the softness is super comfortable. I use both the heat and massage settings on high EVERY night. So relaxing and I’ve actually been able to sleep so much better. Highly recommend it

I recently purchased this in hopes it will help my husband's degenerative disc disease. I was having trouble with it not working correctly. I reached out and received a very prompt response that provided helpful tips. With the info they provided I figured out it was not plugged into a good power source. I was able to get it working correctly right away and its been working perfectly now. Excellent customer service and so far we are enjoying the product. Exactly as advertised!

Although I am only into my second week and I have not had full relief from my tension headaches, I feel this is very helpful in me getting to my final goal of permanent relief.

I didn’t find that the product hit the right spot or the massage feature strong enough

I am so happy with my FisioRest. I have been using it at night for the last five nights. I really can’t believe I can have this luxury daily, in my own home. I wondered if I had made an impulse buy that I would regret, but I cannot be happier. This product is really something else, the heat combined with the solid massage feature…I have no complaints, I find myself looking forward to my nightly massage. I am impressed by the high quality of the product, and the care that is put into the customer’s satisfaction. I have been kept in the loop on the status of the order to a high degree including follow-ups since receiving it and don’t doubt if I had the need to contact the company, I would be taken care of. I already feel taken care of. Outstanding on so many levels.
