Avoid – fake tracking & no communication

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.

We received tracking numbers which do not exist (GLS shows no shipment at all), which is extremely concerning.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone, email and even Instagram, there has been absolutely no response.

The order was marked as “shipped”, but clearly nothing has been dispatched.

This is not just a delay – this is misleading customers with invalid tracking information.

Very stressful experience, especially when ordering for a project with deadlines.

At this point we are forced to open a dispute with our payment provider.

Avoid unless you are willing to risk losing your money.

Very poor quality items, my glass candle holders were not solid colour glass but spray painted and not the colour shown on the website. They were expensive so I am quite disappointed, I will not shop with them again.
