The product itself was lovely. Confusing the order number and sending the wrong pictures was unfortunate. I had to text the recipient to inform them they would receiving someone else’s order and that made the gift giving rather lack luster as it ruined the surprise and effect.

The experience has been great. I found the pink was overpowering the rest of the stone. My stone was a painting of a dog. The tongue is very bright. I painted the pet portrait then the client wanted the coasters made. They are very picky & now is concerned about the brightness of the pink.

As discussed, natural stone, screen calibration, and ink variations can all affect colour reproduction, and exact matches to original artwork cannot always be guaranteed. That said, we’re glad your review allowed us to connect with you, and we were happy to adjust the colour tones and send you a new set of coasters at no charge to help resolve the concern.
