I fell in love with this jewelry line and Unfortunately I have to write this review. I was super excited about wearing my new bracelet I received:( However it broke after just 2 wears. I actually was lucky I felt the charm fall off as I was moving my hand so was able to find my charm. I do think the jewelry is to pricey for things to be breaking that easy. I did contact the creative director through email and I never relieved a reply which is very disappointing since she reached put to me to ask for a review on this site since I had left a good review somewhere else.

I just received my bracelet it is Beautiful and well made it us great too wear with jeans you can dress it or dress it down I will buy more jewelry from them 😊

I ordered a gift and it was sent to a previous address because some error in the app they use to process orders. I contacted Artizan Joyeria and the customer service rep told me there was nothing they could do except alert USPS in the slim chance they could recover the package. If they would have sent me another to the correct address, they would've had a customer for life.

Beware Canadian shoppers ! I purchased $230 US bracelets.However I have to pay $116 US in duties .
Will not order from the US again!!

Jewelry is lightweight and cheap. I didn’t expect it to be high end, but one necklace broke as I was putting it on for the first time! It looks cheap in person too. I don’t recommend.

The bracelets and necklace are beautiful. The quality is amazing and I love the uniqueness of the pieces. My stackable bracelets and the zodiac necklace are my go-to look dressy and casual.

Love the pieces I have ordered! Customer service was helpful when there was a delay with one of the items. Would definitely order again!

New to this brand I ordered several pieces during Black Friday 2024, the rings are nice, the Just click necklace is cumbersome to put on weird design it doesn't have a clasp and too short for my neck, if it wear longer and actually had a clasp it would have been just fine. I ordered one of the silver chain ishchia bracelets its too cheaply made very disappointed it looks like material from Michael's the chain isnt weighted at all giving it a very very cheap feel, also returning. They have some good pieces its seems to be a hit or mess situation. The waterfall ring is very nice, Im waiting for the twin ring to restock. im not waiting for all my refunds lets see how this goes if poorly ill be back with an update. So far customer service has been good.

Great starting piece if you don’t know what to get. This necklace is so much better in person! Quality is excellent and it feels great on, perfect for every day use and/or layering. I’ll be back for more❤️

Love this unique Jewelry that Artizan Joyeria offers. The necklaces with the various offerings of charms that you can mix with. I wear daily. Crafted and made well. I get compliments all the time. Highly recommend, pricing is absolutely affordable. Fast delivery as well.

Fast delivery, easy to order. I had an issue with the size. They helped me and I got the right size. The bracket and necklace are beautiful. Great quality looks expensive.

Shipping was fast and the box and presentation was nice. But ultimately it’s about the products. Ordered some earrings a bracelet and a few necklaces. I am always skeptical about jewelry online. If that’s you don’t be. The quality is on point. Will continue to place orders without hesitation.

This company is a scam, I purchased a few items as a gift for my wife on a Monday.
Paid for Priority shipping so I can get it quick and never even received a confirmation email with the proper ETA. They took the money but never gave me the merchandise. It’s been four days and still no word or my gifts. The email doesn’t work and it’s a robot that you can chat with. They are completely a scam.
Swindled me out of 300$.

Bought a necklace for more than $100 usd and the clasp does not stay done up. Customer service has been absolute garbage. They just have a bot that keeps writing back. I’m in Canada and they want me to pay to ship it back. I bought this as a special gift to myself to celebrate a new job. Instead, I wore it to my first work event and it fell off 6 times.

They wrote back here to say they would work to make it right. They want me to spend half the cost of the necklace to ship it back. Just don’t shop here: the clasp doesn’t stay done up and they have a bot that keeps saying the same thing and calling it customer service.
