Took ages to arrive, and when the 3 pair of earrings arrived I was shocked at how cheap looking they were and terrible quality DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Poor quality
After taking a while to come, as expected from being so far away. I noticed to look at it was nice enough but felt cheap. I wore the necklace one day, it rained and washed all the gold plate off!! I don't expect this after 1 day because it rained! So disappointed. Emailed to ask for a refund and no response!

incorrect order sent
ordered two rings from here, took a while to come which was expected, however when it arrived i was sent the wrong items. i sent them an email in which i hoped for a response, and they did respond asking for pictures, so i sent pictures and there has been no reply for several days, even after a follow up email. which is peculiar when they replied in one day the first time. i just would like to be sent the correct items.

Utter garbage.
Utter garbage. Took 2 weeks to arrive and I am so disappointed. Ordered what I assumed would be 2xsets of earrings I.e for 2 people. I ordered a set of 3 stacker earrings assuming this would be for both ears and I took advantage of a 50% discount on a 2nd set but when they finally arrived in plastic packets, there were only 6 earrings so enough for 2 ears/one person. The quality is shocking. Don't waste your money and time

Total katastrofa ich empfehle nicht ist keine Edelstein und wann ich hab reklamieren die hat mir das nicht genommen und egal ich war gehabt 6 tage so echt nicht!!!
Totally fake no stainless steel they even don't go with the law of Reklamation i have the right to get my money back i was have just 6 day the ring. No really horrible don't bought. The other reviews are fake.

I ordered a pendant over 2 weeks ago for my granddaughter for Xmas it still is not here, keeps saying it is in transit, I have sent several emails but no reply to any of them, I am now going to let my bank deal with it and will have to pay for another pendant from elsewhere, this looks like a legitimate company on their advert but obviously not, do not buy from them
