I was just contacted by Zach saying I needed to pay him more money to keep the site up ( dude took it down ). I remind3d him I already paid for 3 years for web hosting and 5 years domain, he then said not for the domain. Said he needed more $ for updating my SSI every 3 months. What a bunch of Crooks. When I said I was contacting NJ AG he said ok, I’ll put it back! They will try to hold you hostage! Do not Ever use these guys… Run Run Run away

I am working with Jason a little while ago, to rebuild my existing website. But Jason is knowledgeable and very patient. My website was built with professionalism, and I am very satisfied. Anytime I have a functionality problem with the website, he reacts right away, in terms of finding solutions. I have to say that costumer like me, who doesn't have that much knowledge about building a website, needs Rep like Jason to help.

22 yrs with my domain, i used artistic webstudios for 14 months out of 36 months I paid for. this is the absolute worst experience and business decision I have ever made using this company was a nightmare. I had 5 project managers in this time frame, 1st (celein) lied to me, told me i needed dedicated server, i did not, I was told she got fired but I already paid for dedicated hosting. 2nd (marcus) hospital emergency he didnt come back to work, made promisses he never kept, 3rd (kevin) he actually tried to fix, I was told he got fired for loosing the company money, 4th (zane) promissed a new website although the one they built was only a year old, it was having so many issues, and due to me overpaying for hosting, I never got a dedicated server although paid for it they put me on a shared server, zane promissed a new website to make up for it, zane mia first said he was getting married, then said his wife with hospital emergency, 5th manager, Alstair - the absolute worst of them all, says he will update me on status of project, been 2 weeks he doesnt keep his word or do what he says, complete jerk stay away from him, so now i want to part ways , cut my losses, asked for all my files so i can transfer to new company, he sent the files incomplete and tampered, there was no user table in my data base, so I could not log into wordpress, thanks **&&%(*&^ all I can say about him, my new host company got me in created a table for me, but now there is many plug in and theme issues that my wordpress site went into safe mode only way to fix the erros they gave me, thing is site was taking orders before i wanted the change. I am going to be asking for refund of 2 yrs hosting I did not payfor a week ago alistair said he would update me on that, of course his is mia havent heard from them, I am with a new hosting company and having a new website being built by a much more reputable company, artistic webstudios is the absolute worst, I am now looking into learning how to sue an out of state business but the $3k I spent here will likely be a valuable learning lesson for me as its likely not worth the time, so I simply cut my losses but assured them i will let others know everyday for 5 minutes leaving a review for them on as many websites i can find, its my first thing to do each morning, if I cost them 1 customer it will teach them not to steal from others. read all the bad reviews others have had very similar results,, this is the worst website people I ever came across.

Complete scam, stay away don’t do business with the jokers. They aren’t based in the US and their address is fake. These people say they can deliver but they only try to up charge you for everything and the product they deliver isn’t worth the time or the money. It took them 9 months to deliver a website that my 4 year old could do better. It didn’t have any of the specs we went over nor did it have any functionality. There’s Pirie are complete jokers just trying to grab your money. Stay away and do not engage these people for anything. Complete scam, I just got lucky my bank agreed they were a scam and returned the funds.

This is a split review between Aiden Lucas and Alastair. Aiden was very enthusiastic to sign me up. Very friendly and I'm happy to have had the chance to speak with him.

Once I signed, my account was given to Alastair. Alastair's team often created their own artistic vision from my own creative artwork. I was okay with them presenting their vision, however, once I stated preference for my versions, they often continued with their vision. It took multiple requests to get it right.
As another person noted in their review "Give them a list of changes, half will get done, the other half dropped and they'll create two more issues while they are at it." I found this comment to be true with my dealings with this particular person.

There have been many instances of repeating my preferences, not following instructions or them missing items of note completely, which wasted my time and theirs.

I'm rather detailed and also mentioned numerous times if there are questions to ask me.
Currently, Alastair is working with me and things seem to be getting better.

My website work is not done, yet. I will revisit this review when work is complete.

Artistic web studios offered services about 3 months ago and I worked with a designer who was unresponsive and not eager to generate a decent web site and who did not follow my direction for web site generation. I got upset and left a bad review and asked for copy of the incomplete word press. Recently I was contacted by Ben Hawkins, post 3 months who works for Artistic Studio who said he wanted to make my experience right, he made a solid effort to correct the mistakes made by the first individual and did so in under 1 week. Ben said money aside he was going to fix the web design which he did, then provided a copy of the design and offered web hosting. If you do employ web studios for your project, get ahold of Ben Hawkins and tell him exactly what you want and tell him how long he has and ask him how much. Ben will work with you to make it right, money aside and most likely he will give you a fair price for his work.

I found that Mr D’Souza- Derek and his team was very helpful in explaining and correcting my website.
Most importantly was the conversation and discussion of how implementing the corrections he would improve the flow of the pages - even last page CONTACT pg

The process began in the fall of approximately 10/22 finishing and launched on 11/6/23. Only because of money issues. But now it has been launched and am absolutely waiting to reap the benefits. Excellent Service and helpful advise. I highly recommend Artistic Web designs Service.

I am very happy with the design and ease of the use of our web site. Even though we are not a business i was treated as if we were. My representive Ms. Celen Carter was very pleasant the whole time she interacted with me. Even some time it took me a week or two to get back with her. I was sick and was down for a couple weeks and didn't return phone calls or emails and texts but she was there hoping I felt better alway very professional and showed concern for me. She is the true meaning of customer service.
