I do not work with leather so the advice I was given really helpful and exactly what I needed. I was also sent a link to a really helpful YouTube video. The replies to my emails were really quick and my order arrived extremely quickly. From my initial enquiry, all the advice to actual delivery of everything I needed only took two days. The form with the order even included a handwritten note wishing me luck with my project. Thank you Kathy for all your help and such a great service.

I have bought from Artisan Leather a number of times.

I recently bought one of their Dark Brown Lamport Shoulder Strips in order to refurbish a belt.

It turned up a couple of days later, beautifully packaged, and the quality is, as usual, outstanding.

I made the belt up on Saturday, and what really struck me was how beautifully the edges can be burnished - so much better than some of the leathers I've bought from other suppliers.

Artisan Leather not only provide superb quality leather, but their customer service is also outstanding.

Ordered a starter kit for leather tooling, as after a few years of stamping designs I want to try and elevate my leatherwork. Easy to order website, and my items came the next day. Was gobsmacked so quick, so much so that some items I had been ‘umm’ing and aah’ing’ about adding to my first order I just went ahead and ordered a few days later. Again arrived super fast and this time a bunch of leather off cuts was included free, which was great for me to practise on. Pretty certain artisan leather will be my go to now for tools and bits over the years.

Really beautiful products that were delivered quickly. The person packing had taken so much care to wrap everything up so very nicely, it was like unboxing a gift. Artisan Leather will be my first choice from now on. Thank you so much.

Fantastic company to deal with. I've been buying stuff from them on and off for nearly a decade now and I've never had a bad experience.
The leather is excellent (they are a reseller for metropolitan leather who in my opinion make some of the nicest veg tan in the UK), they stock a good range of starter/intermediate tools and their customer service is beyond reproach.

Really friendly and quick help by email, found me exactly what i needed at a decent price, shipping was free and super-fast, and the product (large leather pre-cut piece for a desk) is excellent.

I have used Artisan Leather many times. Their dispatch times are quick and they manage their stock well. Their prices are good and I always come back to them. The only time I've ever had an issue (a couple of years ago) was with a buckle which arrived scratched and they quickly sent a replacement. No company is perfect all the time so it's great to know that Artisan Leather can be trusted to resolve any concerns.

I bought some needles and waxed thread last Wednesday, they were dispatched the same day and arrived the next morning. Both the needles and thread were of excellent quality and were packaged well. The price was good too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and I will certainly use them again myself in the future if there is anything else I need.

I wish other companies were like this. They've always dispatched on the exact same day, their communication is clear, the items arrive quickly and are well packaged every time. I have had to speak to customer service before, after receiving an incorrect item (mistakes happen!). They rectified the issue really quickly and were lovely to deal with. Fab company and will always remain a loyal customer!

I was amazed at the speed of delivery and the flexibility when I wanted to amend my order. I have only bought studs from them so far, and am very pleased with the quality. I will certainly return to this company when I need tools and other items.

As a new customer to the company, I was unsure of what to expect. As it turned out, the pricing was good, the quality of goods excellent and the despatch very quick. The customer service ethic is strong and I would not hesitate to both use Artisan Leather again, and also recommend them to others.

I have placed several orders with Artisan Leather and have always been really impressed by their excellent customer service and very quick, efficient delivery. They have a brilliant selection of high quality products on their website and I can nearly always find what I am looking for. It's great that they offer smaller quantities of things like rivets and snaps that are high quality as I often only need a small number of something.
