Please do not buy off this company they are offering counterfeit products and are way below UK standards I have reported this company to the trading standards and the companies house for trading
They are just scamming people out of there money and the company should be closed down and not being able to advertise below standards products that are also counterfeit I would not give this company 1 star they are a joke just a load of shite from china.

Ordered On Running trainers. No communication after over a month. Then a pair of cheap looking trainers arrived, no box and they don’t appear to be genuine On Running trainers, I have been wearing the brand for years, so it is obvious to tell. A suspect logo on the trainer, the wrong sole and some strange smelling insole. Horrendous experience, would avoid buying from this company. I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing.

I recently ordered so OC trainers for £59.95. When I received them they are clearly fakes. i have requested a full credit and will report them to trading standards if I haven't heard back in the next 24 hrs. Buyers beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ITS A SCAM. THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA.

Waited 4 weeks for delivery and received smelly fake plastic trainers. They reminded me of cheap croggies.

I’ve made a claim with my credit card company.

Deceptive offer of 'On' brand shoes at an attractive knock down price. A message saying that due to high demand the delivery would be at the end of February. All looked convincing, but then the package arrived, duly tracked along the way, but as soon as I opened the package, it was clear these were not 'On' brand but fakes. Having said that, I have a pair of knock about shoes which fit, and whilst the quality is not 'On' they will do in saving my actual 'On' shoes from being over worn!

Fake items, poorly made at high prices. Avoid at all costs

The worst company ever to deal with - fake upon fake dates for deliveries, still waiting for my shoes. They don't even refund you, keep you hanging. Do not engage with these crooks

This company are completely untrustworthy and should never be used. Fail to understand how they continue to offer goods and services and have not been shut down. Cancelled my order long before any goods were ever received which they failed to respond to. After numerous attempts to ask for any proof of delivery which has never been provided I have written my money off. I just hope I can stop others using this company.

This company is a masterclass in deception: flashy products, miracle prices, and then absolute radio silence. Arthur Blanche didn’t respond to a single email — not one. No tracking, no updates, nothing. My credit card had to rescue the money they tried to disappear with. This isn’t incompetence; it’s a full-blown scam circus run by amateurs. One star only because Google won’t let me bury them at -10. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

The sweater I ordered looked nothing like the picture and wasn’t even a sweater, the return policy requires you pay shipping it back to Asia within 14 days. If there was a way to rate it zero, I would have.
Never again.

Biggest scam ever. I wish I could give zero stars. Blame myself for not reading these reviews before. Tell your friends in person as well. Horrible quality, expensive returns. Your money is gone.
As other reviews mentioned, everything is shipped from China as low quality or cheap imitations of real brands. for example ON shoes look alikes are sold as OC shoes. Stay away at all cost!!!!

Fakes not genuine. They cost me £60 and £25 to return them to China. How can they get away with saying Arthur and Blanche, London. Trading standards need to do something about them

Fake product. Poor quality. Scammed. Extorniate return cost with no confidence i will get any money back. Might as well bin them but feel more like burning them but worry the plastic rubber sole gives of toxic fumes. Done like a kipper.
