Very easy website to use for specifying and ordering the mirror type, size, etc. And despite the poor performance of the delivery company, DHL, the mirror arrived on the date advised when making the order. And the mirror is truly high spec and very impressive quality, and very easy to install. A great addition to our bathroom.

We bought a 1.8M x 0.9M mirror. The product was delivered within 2 weeks, and it looks great.
The packaging probably included the documentation for installation of the WIFI function and how to use the other functionalities, but this was lost (installers probably threw it away).
I've sent several emails requesting a new PDF document so that I can start using my mirror, and I've not received any response at all. Now I have a smart, multi-functional mirror that I can only use as a stupid mirror. Paid top dollar (€1000) for a piece of glass. Not a happy customer...

UPDATE: while my mirror is actually quite beautiful (high quality product), the light works and I assume the heating as well, the 'smart' weather station still does not. Artforma has attempted to get it working with manuals and guidance, but it only worked once and never again. They have now given me a 10% rebate, and that settles that. I'm alright with this.

Arrived when it was due, well packaged and on 1st inspection it looks good. Not put on the wall yet or checked lighting and bluetooth.
Everything was great. Amazing customer experience, and the products are incredible.

I waited 3 weeks for delivery and when it arrived it was 80 x 100 to hang vertically !
Very poor service and was made difficult to return as company was in Poland ?

Horrible…worst experience ever. Mirror came with one corner broken. As I saw it once installed they say they don’t take care of it.
I had mine with 2 Leds, warm and white. Warm has never worked and now half of the mirror doesn’t even turn on the led. The only solution they have given me is to send me a led, whatttt??? Or someone comes and fix it, or I send it and you fix it.
After a month and a half I am just tired. Going to the police to put a demand and also to the Spanish OCU (user and consumers organization). Paid over 500€

Good customer service when first mirror arrived damaged. Fully refund and additional discount on second purchase. Good delivery. Clear and detailed installation details.
